I hope so too, but it makes me wonder if a lot of these were cut with the plans to monetize and reimplement them down the line.

These intros are actually really nice and they add a lot more personality to the Spartans than the ones we have

The thing is that it might be TOO much personality lol, many people give backstories and lore to their Spartans so it might be jarring seeing some of them acting like that

No lmao the animation segment looks goofy as is. It’ll look even more dumb when you watch 2-4 player models repeat the same animation in succession. Like in vanguard. It’ll just be comedic watch the camera pan over 4 dudes as they all do the same emote

That's exactly what I was thinking they should do-

My main complaint was always the lack of variety for match start animations.

I love the animations, They make the Spartans feel more human rather than robotic like the 4 animations we have originally. I honestly wish we had more animations like these and we could have a choice as a customization option for the opener. Now this ain't a top priority because HALO IS DOIN SO WELL RIGHT NOW! But yes, would love to see this in the future of Halo Infinite.

To be honest, they could of made these store exclusive bundles. it's something optional and doesn't hurt player expression too much as that is mainly focus to armor and colour.

That “radio-in” one at the start actually would fit the game pretty well.

Honestly, I think 343 should make more and then monetize these. It would allow you to kinda inject your Spartan with a little more of your own personality. Do you prefer a bit more militaristic vibe for your Spartan? Or maybe you want more bravado before a match to show your confidence? The possibilities would be so cool.

I would love to see these be released at some point Also would be great if we could customize our starting animations maybe when the more high priority stuff is implemented we will get more stuff like this to be put into the game

It’d be cool if the game gave us the option to pick our animations to suit our Spartans. Like, I’d prefer to have that comms one when I play as Carter, then one of the more simple turn around ones for a Master Chief core, then maybe one of the less serious ones for my Rakshasa ODST core.

I swear i have seen the "cracks neck left and right" animation during the S1 insider flights. Back when the Spartans would say "Over yonder" when pinging a location.

The neck crack was a straight up Tex reference 🔥🤌🏾

these are the intros they never should've scrapped.

They should add more militaristic ones like that cut one, i demand it this instance!

Would love to see more of these and variations in the game because there isn't many right now. It also seems like they were originally going to be used like they were in Halo 5 where you can see both teams and they taunt each other.

I do wish that these or other new animations were added into the pool of what could play at the beginning OR 343 flat out let us customize these. It's a perfect avenue for monetization as well

Misread the title as “cute Spartan animations” and was thinking, “I don’t see anything particularly cute about these.”

Realistically, these should be added to the game. I think there's a future date where we will, but I think it will be done almost solely through microtransactions. Hopefully we will see a few different types of animations...for different purposes....something maybe in previous Halo games....that kills people......but who knows if that will be a thing by season 8 or 9...no idea, we'll see

I would have to rock that first one. It's right up my alley. They should seriously have those be another level of customization. Would keep intros to matches a little more fresh.
