How to make a end grain cutting board out of scrap offcuts?
Easy like this!
This weeks video is all about how to use scrap offcuts and make a end grain cutting board. I used some offcuts and made first the chaotic pattern base. Then i added some maple and mahogany wood to add the frame. The scrap offcut end grain cutting board was finish. I used ikea oil for the surface of the cutting board to protect it.
I am sure in every shop you can find some scrap offcuts. Add some walnut, maple, oak or exotic wood and you can get some nice end grain cutting board.
