I know you wondered why they left 06, but when dealing with unknown SCPs, you do NOT touch the infected/affected because you don't know what will happen. It's always best to assume they are lost or dead rather than potentially causing more casualties. Awesome reaction though. Looking forward to more SCP reactions.

You don't touch someone who's accidentally grabbed a high power output power line, you grab something to smash into them in the hope you can free them, like a 2x4. You know though what you don't do? Say, nothing we can do, and leave your buddy to his fate.

@@TheMightyCookieShow I agree and disagree. Under normal circumstances you are completely right, and even to some shady degree you are right. Under this circumstance though I would have to assume KIA for the moment. There is a hostile entity that seems to be able to just glitch around the area, and one of your team mates just started exhibiting that same characteristic. Your buddy got corrupted somehow and upon first glance there is no evident way of knowing how, even getting near him might corrupt you too. Looking at what he looked at runs the risk of getting corrupted yourself and even touching him, even through some item, might get you as well. Your buddy might even turn on you. There are too many unknowns to risk more lives. Normally I agree with your sentiment but when dealing with this kind of stuff, altruism tends to only get more people killed.

Basically. The house was a giant computer. And the operators inside were unknown files entering said computer. Basically when Fletcher started messing with the computer in the basement he was moving around files in the house. Which would explain the disappearance of the the furniture in the living room. And when Fletcher said the word cardoon it activated a contingency plan to wipe the computer clean of the unknown files or the operators and protect whatever secrets that may be there. West glitched out because his file status was corrupted. Maybe some of computer virus. O'Neil vanished because his file was deleted by the house all together. Or he might have been moved somewhere else. As for Fletcher when he finally turned the computer off it may have just reset the entire house all together wiping himself in the process off the computer. The unknown area that extended beyond the house may have actually been an external hard drive so to speak that held the contingency plan until it was activated which then opened the hard drive and released the contengincy on the main hard ware of the computer. This isn't exactly the best explanation. Someone else's might be better. But that's what I understand from it.

About the guy who got "freezed" : It is out of question to bring the anomaly out without appropriate containment protocols. Since they were in the dark (in all senses of the term) and that guy fell under the influence of the anomaly, they had to leave him behind. That's an MTF's life for you. ^^

ANother Channel i'd recommend you check out is SCP Illustrated, for SCP Readings with great Illustrations and The Volgun for SCP Readings with great Voice Acting.

SCP Secure Contain Protect, IRL is basically a huge community narrative that people can add to and if they're appreciated by others they can become canon. The Organization in universe is basically a huge globe spanning organization that recruits from every country for the purpose of S.C.P. of Anomalies, Monsters or exceptional Humans (think a demon possessed person or something) think something like Men in Black meets Zero Dark Thirty. They'll do whatever is in their power to a) Make Sure no non-organization personnel find out the paranormal exists. b) secure the subject by lethal or non-lethal means. c) bring any and all information relating to the subject to the organization. SCP's are usually marked by classification after whatever actions have occurred, they are then marked as to how much of a danger they pose from Safe and Neutralized to Euclid and Keter class subjects. (usually they just mean dangerous and catastrophically dangerous) Sorry for the wall of text ^^; SCP is like 40k in how massive the lore can seem to a newcomers ^^ favourites

I hope you do overlord as well. And maybe try some of the other quality scp videos floating around. SCP is a fascinating web project and while the quality of the youtube projects might vary wildly if you can find the gems like this video and many others, you can get a lot of enjoyment out of the universe that's been crafted over the years.

You should for sure watch 096 | SCP Short Film my man, I think it is the best produced SCP film and it has one of the most SCP's as its focus. Love the content!

Also im kinda new to your channel but I AM laughing my head off your reactions to flashgitz nd the history of the wolrd vids and some of the 40K ones too, finding your channel was a breath of fresh air idk how you dont have more subscribers, love from Lisbon keep up with the awesome reactions1!!1!!11111
