SCP-5000 titled "Why?" is an entry on the SCP Wiki where recovered data logs from a suit detail a scenario where the SCP Foundation uses SCPs to destroy humanity, for no immediately apparent reason. Ganzir was a heavily militarized UNGOC fortress in the ocean that the foundation laid siege to, and served as one of the last bastions of humanity. Although it was eventually overrun by an unknown cause, one thing remains certain: Ganzir fell before the GOC fell. (scp-wiki.wikidot.com/scp-5000)

serpents hand is in here too bc although this didnt happen at ganzir some members of the serpents hand did make an attempt to take down one of the foundations scps and i thought the idea of different previously hostile GOIs coming together was cool (also in my headcanon some serpents hand agents were helping at ganzir and when it fell thats when they decided to head out)

Damn, it sounds wonderful! Like something that would play in a desperate last stand, with the main character arriving late to find their allies dead and the antagonist standing triumphant.

What I think of the fall of ganzir it didn’t really say but here what I think: it was resources think about it how many people are in ganzir and how much food it will take but also how many bullets they are using up and even Materials to fix up any problems or holes and it’s hard to go scavenging with all those scps out and even the foundation, they died or abandoned ganzir never fell due to an foundation attack
