S.coups is THE leader. He is kind, protective, lovely. He cares his members more than the company. He shows affection to every member and listens their problems. If one of his members become sad because of some antis or something like that he could be really scary. I feel like he is born to be a leader. He is our leader and I am proud of him.

nowadays everyone calling scoups as a cute and adorable leader, and how lucky the member are to have him as the leader, but back to the early day when they are still trainee, scoups is one of the most scary trainee in pledis, even the members are scared to him and they still do if scoups is not in a good mood, but despite the amount of time that they have spent really make them bounding to each other, he might not be that scary anymore to the members but to other idols and people that seeing him in person, he’s not that sweet anymore especially to the haters and the one who doesn’t respect his member

I actually didn’t know about him being scary even though I knew seventeen, but didn't stan them, that's was interesting to me. I guess every leader have to be strict from time to time especially in the beginning of the career, but I just love seeing how kinda balanced he is now. also he doesn't have to be sweet all the time

David being in love with Seungcheol is a big mood. Like same David same. And Seungcheol can be strict too. There are some clips of him scolding his members for being tardy. He is a perfect leader for Seventeen.

Also. Seungcheol once said the members are important to him more than the company. It might sound like the obivous but i truly admire that, he is not afraid to go against anyone who is not on his memebers side

Scoups used to steal food from the office room to give those to the members during training days when they got no money. He was also banned from isaac when he fought with the referee for not taking care of jeonghan (jeonghan fell and got injuries but the referee still made him to run,so) He used to give money to the boys just like a spoiling dad even tho they all are millionaire. there are so many this vdo missed.

"Some people tell me I should be more lenient with the members, and some tell me I need to be more strict with them. You can never make everyone happy being the leader, so I just do what is important. Can I say this...? To me, the members are more important than the agency. That's just how I feel. They are more important." - S.Coups (paraphrased because I can't remember the exact quote off the top of my head) He also has a big role in management and their contracts, and he is the one to talk to the company if there is anything Seventeen needs (eg. more space, or about the practice room). Also, if there is a meeting between Seventeen and the company Coups is generally like a spokesperson for Seventeen, or if the members want a meeting then he is the one to initiate it in the first place. He is also not afraid to make demands to the company if there is something that they could do it make an activity better/easier/more efficient for the group, and he does so confidently and shows that he expects the company to follow through. And no offence to the members but they are kind of disorganised without him lmao. For example, when he was on hiatus, they kept forgetting to thank the fans/crowd and do the "Say the name, Seventeen" greeting if they were at an award ceremony or something. Jeonghan also struggled to get the members to be quiet or to speak one at a time (instead of screaming altogether at the same time) when Coups was on hiatus. Poor baby, being in charge of a big chaotic group with so many stand-out personalities even temporarily must be really difficult. So yeah, S.Coups is the obvious leader especially when it comes to keeping everything organised and consistent behind the scenes. And he's a great leader for putting the members before the company. Kind of a baller mover to say that on camera lmao, so he's gangster too.

Tbh heechul already know most of seventeen members and their position including cheol as leader bcs he searched up a lot and actually cares of seventeen bcs he said it reminds me of super junior. Even his mom also said so in a program. He picked cheol on purpose bcs no one guessed cheol as leader, and it might upset cheol and other members
