What screws should i use when mounting
When installed off the bow of a kayak, is there a quick release feature in the event of an emergency such a an anchor hung up on bottom or a fish tangled up in the anchor line.....Thanks for your response.

There isn't a quick release function built into the anchor lock, however, the locking mechanism works on tension/friction, so getting the line to unlock is usually just as easy as reaching over and pulling up on the line to remove the tension. In all but the most extreme circumstances, that should do the trick.
How Come my anchor lock will not turn or rotate? It's so tight, is there a screw I need to loosen or something? Please help

The rod holders that fit into the mounts function as follows. Pull up till it snaps. (Takes considerable force) Then rotate to desired location. Push down to lock again.
Does it come out of mounting bracket wen storing with that being said will it fit into the 438 gear head track adaptor?
Where do you put excess rope on kayak

My friend used some double-sided sticky velcro on the outside of his boat and will coil up the rope, then velcro it to the side.
