I used 2.5wt fork oil with no issues

I was watching this damper on scotts website and they said is supposed to have some air bubbles. so what to do?

It is normal but I like to have as little air as possible for best damping.

Any recomendations for my ktm xcrw 530?

Depends on how much you ride. I can feel when it starts getting soft, then it is time. So easy to do once a year is not a big ask and I ride a lot.

Look s very easy. ... but the air is the hard part... o well..
