    @@nigelminatabushtybushty2335I don't think the original comment was a criticism, just a fact. Steiner was an amazing wrestler and had a cartoon character look, which was bad ass, but he was also taking a lot of gear, which is fine. He's still alive today, so it's all good. I know he did have a heart attack a few years back though.

  • @Rondondemarco

    @Rondondemarco

    2 ай бұрын

    @@poindextertunes Trust me I met Ronnie Coleman and Steiner in Vegas in 02. It should be a picture of the 2 at the airport the same year floating around on Google. Steiners arms were only a few increments smaller than Ronnie's and that was damn near prime Ronnie and top Steiner. Keep in mind I am only speaking of arms exclusively. The rest of his physique demonstrably unbalanced. Ronnie Coleman is arguably the greatest body builder in history although it's always ALWAYS subjective to a certain degree. So the margin of comparison is my own eyes 👁️ looking at the very best and Scott Steiner side by side. At the time Scott was roughly 265 lbs cut up and Ronnie was a chiseled feathered 277 lbs STILL dry from a recent contest. The picture should STILL be on Google although I haven't looked it up in a while. Ronnie had some of the greatest arms as well so my metric for Steiners arms is that they were freakish even by bodybuilding standards. Weight isn't everything, I pay attention to the symmetry of the arms, the shape of the forearms, the vascularity and the overall arm size. The only person with freakier arms in body building during that era would be prime Lee priest. His arms were insane. I used to travel 🧳 to many bb expos back then so I met a lot of the people that you are thinking about. Trust me Scott, only in the arm department was a lot like Bill Pettis back in the day, another guy who had better bigger arms than most of the pros including Arnold wayyy back in his era but lacked in other body parts just like Steiner. Arms alone, Steiner pretty much surpassed most humans period in his peak no pun intended. I remember being surprised that Ronnies arms were just slightly bigger than his realistically. Even later in life ppl like Phil Heath and roelly winklar had some amazing arms but Steiners were long like Ronnie's yet still roughly 21 or so inches and bulging veins plus forearms were insane. Phil and roelly had those shorter freakish looking Cena type of arms. I have been body building my whole life so I know the nuances. Steiner arms were insane man, for any field. If his prime arms were on someone elses body right now in the bb industry, they would blow everyone out of the water with the double bicep pose, put it like that.

    Assumptions! Scott made a deliberate decision to completely overhaul his character. His appearance establishes that much. Have you ever considered he deliberately changed his move set to fit his character? The Giant (Big Show) used to do some pretty unreal moves early on in his career. Kevin Nash, Sean O Haire, Brock Lesnar, etc. all did some pretty wild moves early on. Promoters generally don’t want big guys to move and work like cruiser weights.

    What a time it was to watch wrestling from like 1995-2005, I loved it. I used to do the ring entrance like Scott Hall(Rest in peace), where he'd pump his fist and slide while throwing his hands up in a celebratory manner. The 1990's until about 2006 were the best, everybody had to actually interact with each other face-to-face, social media was in it's infancy, that time was great.
