I just saw them at Sonic Temple. My second time seeing them. They will tear your face off with their awesomeness. He is seriously the best vocalist today.

Hands down, my favorite front person. Insanely talented, yet, incredibly humble, and so much depth to him. All of his interviews. If I was fortunate enough to have a choice of anybody in the world to spend 1 day with. Jay Buchanan. No contest.

In addition to having the voice of a generation, Jay is equally deep and interesting. I can't wait for Darkfighter, love the weight that's behind the new songs

Great interview! I understand that some bands prefer to record their albums remotely, but I love the fact that Rival Sons still go into the studio and make records the traditional way. Also, these guys toured with Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, and The Rolling Stones. That's how you know Rival Sons are the real deal!

Great interview. Love this band. Last album was a killer and the next I am sure will be as well. Great to see recognition growing for such a great band and a great bunch of guys.

I really appreciate the interview & insight. It's been decades since I was this excited for an album to release; the Darkfighter / Lightbringer combo is as relevant & relatable as anything being produced, and the band's improvement along with added time to craft their songs is evident. We recently saw the Rival Sons on the Darkfighter tour--Rock & Roll at its best. I haven't seen a show that good since watching the Rolling Stones in '98.

"Darkfighter" is an absolute masterpiece. Get the word out Just "became aware" in 2019. Glad I have been able to see them live 2 times this year. Ready to go again! Excited to find out if "Lightbringer" has tunes from the same sessions. Hopefully, It promises the same growth, energy, and great music.
