Something is terribly wrong. He looks extremely unwell.

Ive changed my mind after rewatching this. Its hard drugs. And I believe he still loves Kourtney. He's not sleeping.. He sounds very high. Hes not speaking normally. He needs immediate help. If anyone knows anyone close to him, please get him some serious help. 😢

I have a huge soft spot in my heart for Scott as I can relate to the struggles of life and how it can be scary rollercoaster ride. His face is common for Ozempic used as weight loss meds. It’s called the Ozempic Face.
