Thought he was in the wrong for the third. He must have known he’d never reach that ball over the top and should have instead positioned himself for the header. But all in all he did well.. pulled of some great saves.. the second was just bad luck think the ball made 2 deflections before it hit him.. he would have to have the reflexes of a cat to save that ball

Don't think he's at fault for the 3rd either as Christie makes a poor attempt to challenge giving him plenty of time to pick his cross, if Kieran or Hickey is there they get in some sort of challenge that makes it mote difficult to put a better quality cross into the box in my opinion.

Regarding Norway's 2nd goal,how can it be a poor goal keeping! The commentator must be insane or can't play football. It was a very close range charge and the GK managed to block it shich was very difficult but was just not good enough.

I was actually hoping Norway and Ireland would get into the playoffs as unlikely as that was before matchday 9 and 10. Now, come March, there isn't really any team I'm looking forward to watching. It depends on what happens in Ukraine vs Italy tonight. Wales/Croatia as well.

Always rated John McGinnis work rate and hunger to play but now we are seeing some quality play added to his game along with the work rate passion and leadership skills. I hope Scotland punches above their weight in Germany. Steve Clark has done a great job in getting Scott to play well in a box to box position. ETH should be less stubborn and try similar. Also if Scotland can convince Gordon to join Scotland that would be a solid addition

What a thrilling game? Especially the first half. We missed Halaand on the pitch. As a Scotland fan, we have improved a lot in scoring goals. However, our defence is shaky. I have strong hopes to progress from the group stage in the Euro, only if we strengthen our defence.

Great block from Patterson (no relative).

That first yellow didn't appear to be a foul. Watched it several times and the defender gets ball and McGinn? doesn't make an effort to play it, just digs in and goes over. Kinda lame it lead to goal.

Overall a great campaign. Sad to see two draws in the last two games, particularly against Norway who we largely outplayed. Sadly the keeper has cost us I think 3 goals over these two games, I think if Gunn plays we dont lose either game.
