madness aside, he was the best option to wear herman's shoes... scorpions won a lot in the live performance...I remember a show in 2004 and at the end everyone was talking about James... we still talk about it

without Michael it can never be Scorpions EVERRRRR the sound

It is the greatest but not in this version. When Michael was in his prime it was one of the greatest instrumental songs of all time

I was never into heavy metal but scorpions UFO deep purple and Sabbath in early 70s we're just great rock to me. UFO being my favorite.

Before this, I just watched MSG in Japan ,2010 Lost Horizons ,that was killer,too.

I always wish him the best & have never given up on him,he is a great human being & the best guitarist,he has been that for me since 1974 when I was 14 years old,I am 49 & will listen to his music 'til the day I die! Danke!

I know Michael has seen better times.. but god damn Michael Schenker was "the" gunslinger/songwriter in the late 70's early 80's.. its weird no one from North America will admit this guy was the premier guitarist even in early van halen stages.. and Im Canadian..

You still haven't understand , he wasn't kicked out of Scorpions, He left to do his own Michael Schenker Group, He wrote this song with Rudolph, check out Michael Scenker Coast to Coast live 2012 I posted on my channel, this 2006 year wasn't a good year for Michael but he came back better than ever!!

Scorpions are so special to me! I grew up with them, passed them on to my daughter, we met in San Jose at SAP Center in 2015 to see their 50 year anniversary tour! It was amazing! Memory to last forever !!! Michael is a virtuoso and I appreciate how Matthias gave him his moment and then jammed with him! A lot of bad blood through out the years but here they all shine! God Bless the Scorps

That was F%CKING BAD ASS!!! I have seen Schenker and the Scorpions, but never together. Big fan ,from Lonesome Crow to the Present! Doesn't get Better than that!!!

Michael just takes his work much more thoroughly than everyone else....He is the "Master" everyone else is just a student when it comes down to how he approaches music....Every note he has ever played comes from a unique position and it's never replicated....There is a reason he records every note and that's because he has no idea what he actually played....

Several nights many years ago, drunk on cherry vodka with seven up, me and my friends drove around with this blaring out of our kick ass stereos in our shitty cars in search of rock chixx. Didn’t get any better than this. Simple times, less problems. .

Hard rock guitar ecstasy.......not just 3, but 4 guitars!! With triple lead guitars.

This slightly slower version-really like it. Lovedrive one of the first albums I bought by the band which really got me into them🤘🤘

Michael has had his problems over the years, but his brother Rudolph still cant even come CLOSE to the guitar player that he is. One of the greats. And this is a great song as well!

Michael Schenker one of the best git players ever but he has been drinking here theres no doubt.

Sometime in the 80s, Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix; the band absolutely NAILED this. "General Admission" and we had perfect seats for sitting and chilling. I could have sat and listened to this all night. Great upload, thanks!

I remember picking up Lovedrive back in '79 and hearing this for the first time. Blown away. I was 16. I'm 59 and still blows me away.

Favorite Scorpions song! Puts me in the zone.

One of the brothers is an entertainer the other is a guitarist.

was fuer eine Performance. Habe die Scorps ein paar mal live gesehen, und Michael 1983 mit MSG als Special Guest von Iron Maiden. Mein Gott das war klasse.

I had this song or some of Michael's melodic solo running through my head and popped over to the computer to do a search here...I figured that I would be able to find the original audio if nothing else...this is quite the treat...it brings back many memories...it's been since the Walk On Water tour that I've seen Michael live and since probably Blackout that I've seen the Scorpions...I remember the mass of guitars including Klaus gathering at the front of the stage towards the end...Awesome Axe!
