its not solely about calories if you anything about nutrition. highly processed calories are harder to digest than fresh calories and what you consume along with those calories can affect your health like if you eat too much food with perservatives. starch calories are harder to break down than calories from sugar, and if you want to drink protein shakes you should generally do it before a workout so that you metabolize more of it. go do more research before you make yourself look like an idiot.

I've eaten them before, in fact, my oldest video is proof I have sauces of it. when you use the raw pepper or unmixed versions of it, yea you'll smell it somewhat. it puts a burning in your sinuses. if you mix it right in most tomato or citrus based sauces, the smell is practically nonexistent until it's already in your mouth. you get the flavor of the pepper and smell for about 4 seconds and then the full on burning happens.

I love this channel, but a couple of things make me think this video is fake. First of all, if Nikki hears the microwave go off and comes so quickly, don't you think she would have heard him making all that sound and if not that, him talking to the camera?? If not that though, the camera seems to be perfectly placed at the exact seat she will be sitting in. If he set up this prank way before, how would he know if she sat on the couch or the farther chair or the kitchen table or the baby's room? She also hesitates a little before taking a bite and has a really fast reaction. You may not agree with me, but this is just what I think.

Ok course it is fake, most people here obviously have never cooked a pepper or put it in the microwave. When you do that you smell the pepper from far away and feel the itch in your lungs.
