I would never in a million years even remotely imagine what has showed up for me lol. I reached out to friend of my ex because he helped him and I simply expressed my gratitude, without thinking. Says it's stress but I'm sorry stressed or not is no reason to ignore someone that's been there for him everytime he needed someone. Last time he got like this it was because he started seeing someone else and didn't want to tell me the truth and then that person ended up doing something that put him in a bad head space to where he called me to calm down. So I ended things. Told him I wouldn't bother him anymore and wished him the best. I'm tired of the disrespect, lack of communication unless he wanted sex, blowing me off and ignoring. I've gone through my own problems & mental problems he caused but was still a decent human being to him. Everything I told him that would hurt my feelings or someone in the past did to me, he did to me. So he must hate me for some reason to intentionally do things that he knows hurt my feelings or have been done to me in the past. I thought for a while he was trying to trauma bond me thinking I wouldn't walk away & he can whatever he wants.

@@user-ut6gm6is8m I’m so sorry, we make ourselves too available for them to walk over. I told mine that I will walk away if doesn’t want to put in the effort, no pressure, I just know what I want. We initially trauma bonded and I pulled back and talked to him about growth then he pulls back. I told him I’m not here for games, he responds better now, but we don’t see each other but twice a month. I took my emotions out of the equation and pulled back to observe him after I communicated everything. I know it will be hard to walk but there has to be a turn of the relationship at some point. All in or all out! Good luck on your relationship and when to set the boundary of what you want too!

Oh he definitely had something going on with his ex because he’s a narcissist who was grooming me while discarding her, telling me lies about her and their relationship. In the beginning, he would tell me she kept reaching out to him, right …. We all worked in the same office and I had heard about and witnessed their toxic exchanges which then repeated with me in that office and throughout our 35 years together. he promptly discarded me after 27 years of marriage when our youngest was headed to college and my many services were no longer necessary because of course he had groomed a 41-year-old married woman in his cult During the discard phase. She’s a tarot reader 😂 among many other positions. Hmmm Maybe she’s a narcissist too? He doesn’t want the drama??? That HE created? That’s laughable As far as being scared - this is an excuse. He and others who say this were never “afraid” of my response when they needed/wanted something from me because they knew they could count on me.
