I'm going through ruff times... I have PTSD and anxiety, from my childhood. I was repeatedly sexually assaulted by 3 males throughout for years. I told my mother when it first happened, my only memories of this time is her anger. Her anger was towards me.... So from then on I learnt to say Nothing ... I've struggled through life, and have many blessings. But since Christmas my nightmares are worse and so vivid and I'm so scared.... Why are they worsening now ? . I've always had nightmares due to my childhood, I've hurt myself several times during nightmares. It's so draining of my energy and zest for life !! They started getting worse the night we got hit by a storm, smashed our home to bits, deemed unsafe and had to move boxing day. I was caring for my mother, she had lived with me 2 1/2 years. We were separated and she passed on the 3/3 Maybe everything was just to much for my mind ??

Called it all clear; and packed up their gear. The Neighbors were outta town and I never heard what caused it. I just saw them rebuild. With dollars from blue Cross and blue shield. They used a contractor whos bid was, the lowest. Which happened to be my dad, You Knowest! Spent the rest of that summer hanging with YOU. Just learning about the Magic we Do!
