I've been feeling so stagnant an I'm dealing with a lot of inner turmoil on change. Dreams that fell apart an dreams I'm scared to try. This has helped me a lot. I'm trying to journal more an just be me but I'm battling myself. ❤

Going through the same.. Feeling overwhelmed, tired, hopeless wanting to start something and wanting to wait for a while at the same time......have everything in abundance in my life but am dying from within...and soo lost ... But then too I am fighting it and not letting my dream fade away... 😢

That point you’re bringing up about parents/grownups asking to “bring it down a bit” is suuuch a beautiful thing to bring to the surface and light. I am on the autism spectrum and I can for sure be real intense and enthusiastic at times and I can subtly sense how others at times tries to “dim me down” or subtly with their voice/energy/actions try to “bring me down”. It’s something quite hard to deal with as it feels rather unsafe and degrading. So thank you for bringing this up 😊❤

I keep on trying to remember to soak in all the lovely things, really bask in gratitude, appreciation, treating myself to things I enjoy, so that my focus can remain on the motivating positives that make the changes sustainable
