Scorch looks reallllly awesome, and with him having some cameos in the Bad Batch makes it even better. Definitely the best of the squad.

I remember playing Republic Commando as a kid/teen. It was the best SW game I played on a PC. Having the black series, it's the best thing ever to me. Have Scorch on pre-order! Can't wait to complete the squad.

What helped me along with getting them is remembering that these are their clone wars appearance, it's still cheap and dirty for Hasbro but with that in mind these are extremely nice to their clone wars designs

Cannot agree. It's a mix-up of both realistic and animated styles, which don't go along (at least, for commandos). Disproportions ruin the entire appearance (

@@benjamincat666 i get your point, but the issue is that this particular figure tries to implement realistic and animated style simultaneously. In my opinion, RC figures are apex of creative team's laziness. They just reused body of Hunter and put a damn big helmet. I think, we shouldn't settle for this, as Hasbro doesn't bother itself with thorough design work

@@doorzhik again you seriously need to rewatch and look up their clone wars appearances it's spot on and the rcs always had big helmets. If you hate it that much don't get them and get the armor and make your own but then you have to decide which rendition you were going to make the original armor or the bf2 armor. Your mad about these and Hasbro for laziness when hunter wore commando armor with a heavily modified helmet. All Hasbro did was make the clone wars appearances and tired calling them the game appearances and it's not but they (weather you want to hear or not) are spot on clone wars.....

I was in my early teens when this game came out and was one of my favourite games at the time! I do like the figures but do feel they are skinny but when it's in my mural it's not really noticed. If I was a decent customiser I'd buy 4 wreckers on sale for the chunky body then head swap and paint

I think Scorch looks great on the hunter mold. Not the best, but I might pick him up

I played Republic Commando as a young teenager when it came out. Always wanted a nice set of Delta Squad figures. So glad we’re finally getting them. And even though they’re on the Hunter body, which isn’t entirely accurate, it’s still pretty damn good to me. 😊

Man I remember when Frank and Sons used to be super lowkey back in the day! So happy it’s finally getting more and more recognition, I’m there pretty much every Saturday!

Republic commando is one of my favorite video games of all time, and I hope buying these figures will help make a remake or heaven willing a sequel to be possible.

I’ve been waiting for this one. I’ve played the game lately and have been hyped on completing the team. The sticker shock and rising prices though has me glad this will be the last one. Unfortunately it will prevent me from going anywhere near the Jedi Survivor series. I really did enjoy collecting the Jedi Fallen Order figs but, Hasbro’s price hikes are a hobby killer.

Hello Luke thanks for sharing your review of Scorch. I have Boss but none of the others. I'm still debating if I want these figures or not. I've never seen the second figure in stores, but have seen Fixit. Still not sure I want them, I've never played the game they're from so I don't feel the connection others do. I preordered Boss and picked him up when he came in, but never saw the second figure so I haven't picked him up yet. And now I'm not sure if I want them so I'm still debating this issue in my head. Honestly, I'm fine with the fact that they aren't as bulky as they should be. I'm not familiar with the game other than clips I've seen, but, they're something that as far as I used to think, we're part of star wars legends, and I was happy that we're getting Star Wars Legends figures.

I’m gonna pick Scorch up to finish the squad. Couldn’t care less about pfp. I’m really scaling back my purchases as I get into other lines and am even selling some stuff off but I’ll keep the Deltas for nostalgic reasons

Great vid man big fan of the Clone commandos game And when I heard they were making figures I was excited to get them but when i saw very disappointed poor representation of the Clone commandos only thing I like about them though is the head sculpt

I enjoy the design of these figures but I’m realllyyt hoping for some TVC Variants of these figures

Far as I know, Scorch isn’t technically out yet. Comes out as a GameStop exclusive sometime in early March.

It was the Hunter body mold so he has a hole for his knife.

seeing scorch and mic genuinely pissed me off because here in australia scorch isn't arriving till june and mic isn't arriving till next month

I missed out on Boss, he's so damn expensive now

They're entirely inaccurate which I'm really unhappy about, I just hope they get a suitable mold some day. Hell, if they made a realistic commandos mold, it'd be cool to see a Hunter on the mold as well. Even though his armor is modified and slimmed down, it'd make for a killer figure.

They look OK as a team and i guess they would fit in nicely on the clone shelf. BUT... i got issues with the way they released them. If they are supposed to be the guys from the game, the Hunter body was the WRONG choice. Bad Batch had republic commando type Armors (Katarn Class Armor i think its called)... if they had done a basic white on in the Bad Batch line with main line budget FIRST and THEN made these boys as Gaming Greats with the required custom pieces, i'd be all over it. But with the Hunter Armor they feel more like the skinny versions that were for 10 seconds in Clone Wars as a cameo. If you want to tell me they are those, then why not put them in the Clone Wars line, with main line pricing. Either version would have been fine with me. But putting the skinny guys in Gaming Greats boxes for Exclusive pricing.... i feel like Hasbro cheaped out HARDCORE on them and then turns around and asks Premium prices. That just doesn't work for me. If it was just one figure i might look the other way, but 4 of them means the same bad deal times four. 40 - 45€ x 4 = 160 - 180€ ...for figures i'm ultimately not amazed by? Yeah, i instead did pre-order Mafex Mando 2.0 and FOUR Ali Express Clones for 90€ (Boil, Waxer, Yellow Arc, 501st Arc with Visor) to fill up the clone shelf with cheap troopers a bit more. That sounds like better use of the money. Mafex Mando 2.0 actually looks and feels like a DELUXE product, happy to spend the import cost on it. Already got 3 Mafex imports here, no regrets. Ali Express Clones can be hit and miss in quality, but they are half the price so i won't complain about the occasional loose arm or whatever. It also bugs me to no end, that by the time Boss was sold out everywhere we still didn't know what Scorch would look like, not even pictures. That means you got to fully mentally invest in a team ...and then the last one or two figures might look like crap and you jump off again? I don't like buying the cat in the bag. ...and i really only think that Scorch looks great (paint scheme anyway), the other 3 look OK as a Team but individually they don't amaze me. ....and i still feel like skipping them might be a mistake. Now the FOMO is kicking in. I was mad about Fordo not looking screen accurate, not even close, still got him because i pre-ordered him and it was at base price isntead of exclusive price, shop didn't cancel on me, now he is on the shelf and i'm happy with the random red Arc Trooper. It would probably be the same with these guys... but i can't get over 180€ for 4 figures that have HOLES IN THEIR ARMS. ...at least plug something in there to cover the hole. The hole already irritated me on Crosshair. ...the Plastic Free Packaging on the last one is just the icing on the cake to make fun off. Typical Hasbruh moment.

Scorch is the most accurate.

The only reason I have these figures is because of my love for the clones. Otherwise these figures are nothing but an insult to the actual clone commandos.

They’re ok but seriously why are they so skinny. I hope they redo them and actually put a little effort in to be honest

It's really fuckin deceptive of them to do the packaging like this. I seriously doubt they actually care about environmentally friendly packaging, this is just so they can hide the quality of the figure behind what has to be a render. What you see almost isn't what you get.

In my opinion the commando figs absolutely stink. The paint scheme looks awkward and too clean. BUT scorch doesn’t look too bad. I’ll be staying away

Finally got ahold of Scorch and now that I have all of them in hand...I mean, yeah, they're still not perfect, but they've grown on me.
