Sadly it’s definitely been getting worse recently for F2P players. But make no mistake, it’s free-to-PLAY, but Pay-to-WIN and has been from the jump. SAD, but true. It’s Bad that the content you can reach w/o $$$ is getting less and less. I just try to not worry about it much.

I'm just being honest with myself lately, there are way too many good games coming out for Consoles and PC so I don't see myself playing this game much longer. I might check back up on it in a year.

I do spend. About 120 per month and I am screwed too I normally do battle pass and If i see s good deal. That budget doesn't get me CB and I won't spend 50 for a single character offer. So I am now free to play. If what I was spending doesn't get me even acess to participate in content or get me even a small version of new chapters than I am throwing money away. Without spending i can do the exact same content just will take ma a little longer to unlock super Skrull.

All I'll say is this. Ive been playing less and less in recent weeks, ill login and do what i need as quick as possible. I dont always bother with cosmic crucible, i raid enough just for the battlepass rewards, war at the dying moments, havent bothered with arena in ages. My spending has drastically dropped off this year, mainly because of cost of living being so high. How a game company can expext players to spend so much, just to keep up (only just too). When players have bills, food and basic necessities to afford, some struggle with that. Yet, we're expected to spend hudreds, thousands a month. That has got so much worse this year, with ridiculous character unlock prices. As a player whos spending less money, less time on the game. This really is the deciding factor for many players, next week there will be less playing. Im not sure theres a way back for scopely here, they've pushed and pushed a lot over the last couple of years. They've been lucky to recover somewhat, this time i think the luck is going to run out. Content creators are leaving, or stopping on promoting the game with their KZread videos. After warning scopely prior as well, tauna being one of those creators. Im hearing players on the star trek scopely game are considering legal action, whether that holds any weight or will be acted upon remains to be seen. But i do think scopely needs investigating in some capacity, because this is getting out of hand. Countries have gambling laws with games, this game does use gambling when spending on orbs. This is getting out of hand, imagine the things you could buy with the money you spend on this game. Even if you only buy the battlepasses, they really add up. The rewards arent anywhere good enough for the money required, and you're no longer even competing.

Sucks bad cant keep up with everything been playing 9 months so much to lvl and now more pay toons.. I cant even get training materials to lvl stuff have over 100 mill gold and no tm.. the boosted account hurt me im lvl 95 have 2 teams at 90 rest 60 to 80 !

This crap is why they lost 3 envoys in the last 48 hours. Apparently they didn’t learn anything from cap kraken. Another wave of players will be quitting. You will be seeing a lot of alliances looking for new members. I guess that’s why the just made that tool on the website
