Today is a new day, which means it is time to visit a new place.This time, the tour will be a bit special as I will also be showing Nepal to you all.
First, I will be visiting Mirik, and from there, I will be taking you all to Mirik. But no car this time. We will be traveling on scooty, which is not mine. Of course, it belongs to the owner of Pradhan homestay, Mr.Sangam.
Trust me, this is going to be fun.
First Day:
After office, I just directly went to Sealdah Railway Station, and from there, I took Padatik Express.
It departed at 11:20 pm. as usual, and after a long 10 hours of journey, I finally reached NJP Railway station.
Second Day:
After reaching NJP Railway station we need to reach Mirik but as you all know I will be taking a share cab as that is the cheapest way to reach there so for that I need to reach Siliguri Junction so I took an auto and again started my journey.
After reaching Siliguri Junction, I took a share cab and reached towards Mirik. The weather was unexpectedly good while I started from Siliguri, but on the way, the weather changed drastically, and it started raining, and that was a marvelous site too.
So after 1/1.5 hours, I finally reached Mirik Share Taxi Stand, and now it is time to fund homestay.
When it comes to HomeStay, without a doubt, I took Pradhan homestay as it is beautiful and cheap at the same time. And talking about the behavior, courtesy, no one can match that.

Sightseeing Points:
So this time, the sightseeing was a bit different, not the typical Mirik Sightseeing.
I hopped on to Sangam brothers scooty and witnessed so of the most beautiful location of Mirik.
First, I visited THURBO TEA ESTATE - the largest tea estate of entire northbengal. And the view it was TOO GOOD. The largest mountain of Nepal, which is ANTHUDANDA, can also be seen from here. JUST GORGEOUS.
The second point was GOPALDHARA, but not the Golpahar it is a different place. And the view was too great that no words is enough to describe the beauty. From here, Kurseong, Mirik, and Tabakoshi are visible..and if you ever visit this place, then you should definitely not miss this.
Third, I visited Tabakoshi... which is another beautiful place. It is almost like a valley.
Two mountains and a beautiful big river flowing between those two mountains and a small village beside that river, and that is Tabakoshi.
The fourth and last sightseeing point that I visited is no e other than Mirik Lake. If I miss
Mirik Lake while I am in Mirik, then the tour will remain incomplete.
After that I thought of visiting the market after sunset but rain started so didn't get a chance to visit that.
