Allen key bolt of lower tube has copper washer. Must be put to seal oil leakage from bottom of shocker.

Don't make 14mm hex bit, for removing tube nut, using MS bolt welded on cycle pedal shaft etc. It comes very tightly fitted by service centers using impact driver. Buy proper 1/2 inch drive 14mm hex bit which is strong. Ordinary bolts break.

Helpful For tightening steering cone nut do we have to remove handle bar?

Socket rod is 10 mm

It's not 12 mm it's 14mm

30 mm for punching the oil seal in

My access 125 bs4 when i start the engine it takes time like 2-3 times for getting on, and after getting on when i ride it in between if i donot press the accelerator say in traffic jam then the engine gets automatically off. I have travelled around 400 km in last 3 days after that this problem has started, before travelling, it was smooth but now there's a vibration also. I have inserted new spark plug on 30/12/2021 after it became bad. ,and on 01/02/22 i also did paid servicing on suzuki service center but again it became bad on 20/02/22 and new spark plug used from BOSCH COMPANY and i have taken to suzuki service center againr,they have cleaned and set carburettor also. Can you tell me what problem might be with my scooter please explain if possible??
