When playing the pie throwing minigame, did anyone else spam them at Fred, Shaggy, Velma, and Daphne? Because it's much more fun to do that than what you're actually supposed to do in that game.

Probably super late for you, but maybe not for others. I was having issues too. I think the gravestone is different every time. Look out the window in the second floor bedroom in the saloon to see which grave the villan is at. For me, it was the far left gravestone when you first enter the graveyard.

Skipping ALL of the dialogue endings really ruined the nostalgia for me. It all just feels rushed. And at times whole sentences cut off because you were too busy spamming the button to skip dialogue.
