Can scleral lens help you if you have problems with the back of your eye

I’m new to the lenses. I wore then a little more than eight hours yesterday. My eyes felt very sore after I took them out. Did I wear them too long? Thanks.

Can these lenses help correct vision in someone that had radial keratotomy like myself?

Great lenses, scleral lenses works so well for helping with dry eyes on the cornea

Is it okay to nap with the lenses in?

I have, but not recommended for too long. Risk is irritation and losing the lenses in the long term, especially as it is a harder lenses material.
