Health sciences students of Karnataka tried their best for online theory exams, but failed. Old generation of university and college staff cannot even imagine online mode of exams in India. (FYI, evaluation and corrections of these exams are completely online to protect the evaluators. But they aren't bothered about students safety. Sad, but it's the reality.) Instead of taking steps to ensure everyone can attend online, universities here are only complaining about online mode of exams. At the moment, engineering students are protesting. But their university is adamant not to give in!

@@deepakmt92 as a student i can assure you who are protesting didn't study or was not able to adapt to online like me and thus asking for the online exam since its easy to cheat there and teachers can know this from their answer sheet. and for me online classes were like staring a wall, not only teachers we were not able to adapt to that mode, like class was for 5 minute and for rest it was yt.

@@oksowhat That is just the misconception that online exam mode are like online classes. Online mode of examination was tried and proved in some universities. It's just that big universities don't want to put up the effort to dig deep and work up with a plan. The staff of some universities themselves told that they don't have the time to invest for online mode as it needs efforts too. So it is just the lack of will power from the staff that lead to this situation in India. And students who didn't study are not the only ones who protested. There were many genuine cases. A lot of students missed the examination as there was no transport and some even had family members who suffered from covid. Final year students who only had 1 or 2 subjects didn't protest as they don't need much time to prepare.

3.5% rule can be applied to any country, not just India , what he told is absolutely correct and according to your statement,you agree with that .

My opinion on the question: In the current time,everything,be it a product,a protest or anything else,is more or less carried by marketing. The failed protests generally fail because they aren't able to market their message to the larger crowds in a way that others can empathize with them. Lots of reasons from lack of actual motivation to the bias in media can cause this problem.

That is exactly what happened in both farmers protest N NRC CAA protest, since both of them were non violent, a lot more people joined in, especially when the student in jamia milia were attacked even when they were non violent, students from across India joined these protest People gathered n where supporting these protest, this is the entire reason why the riots happened In the case of farmers protest, as well when people show farmers feeding the same police men, their vilification of farmers n khalistan narrative against farmers failed completely

1.REDUCE the TAX on business 2. Good infrastructure (good road , electricity ) 3. Nice analysis Mohak, also I would like to add Anti -CAA and Anti - Farmer's Bill protests didn't involved the opposition parties in the beginning may be due to their knowledge that it was because of their support in the Lok Sabha these ordinance were approved as bills. Opposition parties sometimes knows that bills like there are controversial and may result is protests , so they help pass it to create protests against the ruling party and take advantage. The common people do know this very well.

The CAA is not affecting any existing citizen of India. Only a certain section of people were fussing about it. It didn't have popular support. Most people I know who are not BJP supporters saw it as a nuisance that caused traffic jams. Farmer protest on the other hand is genuine since the new laws are actually heavily siding with the corporates at the cost of farmers. As long as these protest remain peaceful, I wish their demands are met.

You can add the major group of factors- lack of government to curb the protests a. Security agencies and army against govt policy b. Govt officials feeling that the protest will succeed. c. Lack of coherent in central leadership in govt
