когда тело уходит дальше, а рука остается. Это бывает, когда перестают смотреть на кисти и отворачиваются. Никогда не отворачивайтесь - и избежите перелома. Но намного чаще бывают мелкие травмы кисти, брахиалиса и их сухожилий, а так же локтевой связки. Это можно избежать предварительно поработав над кистью и пронатором (через большой палец) на блоках (загуглите эти упражнения в ютубе), укрепить их, что бы они стали не слабее бицепса. Травмируется всегда то, что слабее.
