Literally, what would the play be without trees? A train wreck. The trees make the audience get the story more and the send a lot of emotions. Heck, when our school had a play, I always cry at how good they do their roles and I want their autographs more than the other people. The way she does people's voices and her heart's sound effects is soo adorable and funny

There are a ton of plot holes in this story and if you wanna know, continue scrolling down but anyway, Few more holes in this story 1. I guess they are just ignoring that there is a whole rehearsal process for months before the show, so she Definitely would have kissed him before opening night. 2. The dress being stolen wouldn’t have been an issue because she should have already had the red dress on. The balcony scene is Act 2 Scene 2 so she should have already had it on and if she didn’t already have the costume on by ACT 2 she is incredibly unprepared and that’s her fault. 3. If Deonna was slick enough to steal her costume she would have had time to tell somebody it was missing before she went onstage and they could have dealt with that. 4. Does she really think she can just get a brand new costume piece out of nowhere and face no repercussions? Nobody would care that she completely switched her wardrobe for probably one of the “most important” scenes? Even if your other one was stolen you could have told somebody and they could have a replacement.

I can tell that this is made up: - Even though you and your crush are Romeo and Juliet in the play, it mostly ends up bad in real life. - In real life, your drama partner only has clothes for him/herself and won't provide extra clothes for you...at least most of the time in reality. - People rarely, or never, throw roses in a romantic drama play. That happens only in movies. - How did the mother know her part when the auditions isn't finished yet? - I am very confused by the audition. Does this mean someone has to play Romeo's lines first, and then the girls would sign up for Juliet and play her lines? - I can tell it by the way she talks. She kinda ate her words, she stuttered, and in the tree part, she even left a short awkward silence. - In dramas, the props men prepare the props, including the tree. Most of the time, no one plays as the tree.

I’m sorry, but this seems fake... 1. Her mom said “I’ll get your costume ready” even though she didn’t need one and she didn’t have the part yet 2. Middle Schools/High schools normally don’t do Shakespeare 3. You don’t actually kiss another actor until College/University, 4. You can still play Juliette in a blue dress. 5. Why would her friend, THE TREE, and another old red dress? 6. Why wasn’t she already wearing her dress when putting on makeup? 7. They would have to rehearse the play AND the kissing scene, so when they perform they don’t mess up 8. Nobody gets cast as a tree. 9. People throw roses at the end of the play, not when people kiss.

I was in a production of Bugsy Malone when i was in year eight, there was a scene where there was a kiss, but they said they would only include it if they actually had too. They sometimes give the actors the choice and sometimes they can't as the kiss is essential to the plot.
