This is what always hits me growing up. And I have always been right all along when I graduated Bachelor’s Degree as a Valedictorian. The job market doesn’t like me. I’m too smart, too forward-thinker, too this too that. I eventually had to dumb myself down to fit in because all my basic colleagues got promoted and bonuses while me doing all the hard jobs be treated as a threat by management. Once I quit, and trying to find jobs, it always the same thing. Recognises my ability but offers an underpayment. Btw, everything taught in school n Uni was never used in real life anyway. We always had to learn n adapt to their own set of systems n internal knowledge.

This doesn't mean you shouldn't study because all knowledge is important no matter where you learned it, ie: school. But don't be fully dependent on the school system. And learn from other ways.

Islamically, education entails tarbiyya (bringing or attempting to bring children up on the correct moral and values of: adal/insaaf (engaging in justice), adab (possessing manners and etiquettes), ihsan (attempting and striving to be the best) in ihlaaq (conduct), seerah (character), from hulook and sulook (behaviour). Education is Islam entails building character (character building/refinement), moulding and shaping personalities for the future generations to carry the banner of Islam forward to combat those that are attempting to block the نور light of Allah SWT. In essence, it entails emulating The Prophet Muhammad SAW as he was the best role model رحمت العالمين = a mercy to mankind.

school doesn’t test intelligent it tests effort, if you put effort in you get rewarded, if you don’t you do well, people tend to cope by blaming the system

Yeah I know what McGraw Hill is. Every student in America (and maybe in other countries too, idk) from kindergarten to university level reads their textbooks. Fact is, the majority of what the textbook contains is useless. Lots of extraneous information you don’t need to know. Not to mention the loads of kufr contained in them like theory of evolution, f@minism, and all kinds of degenerate liberal ideas. Even from an Islamic perspective, we can say that knowledge that brings no benefit has no barakah (blessing). Besides, as a college student, I can tell you that you rarely need the textbook at all in many classes, unless the professor specifically requires you to read it. Even medical students know that textbooks are useless lol. They mostly use flashcards (Anki) and practice questions banks for the USMLE from what I’ve heard.

Which scholar teaches this today? On the Nature of Modern Education: "Modern education is producing people who are clever enough to exploit the system but not wise enough to question or change the system. "On the Purpose of Education: "Education today is about learning how to earn a living rather than learning how to live. "On Spiritual Knowledge: "The modern educational system has been designed to disconnect you from the spiritual world and immerse you in the material world. "On Critical Thinking: "Modern education discourages critical thinking and encourages conformity. True education should empower individuals to think independently and question the status quo."

If the school is factory, than what is the other good way to be raised. It Is just a question that i never understood. May ALLAH bless all of you who created the video.

It seemed like these education systems are described in japanese anime story called the promised neverland. Where children where called produced to become a food for the monsters without them knowing it until they found it out themselves developed their minds just to become a food. In this video students are just schooled to become a worker for the rich people.
