It depends on the program you are applying to if you apply for undergrad admissions I think applications begin in Nov and deadline to apply is Jan and decisions come sometimes in April and sometimes in May If u apply for grad school its same be prepare to wait for max 6 months and minimum 4 months The dates to decisions are most of the time listed on the university’s website as well or you can email them to ask for the decisions day. There's is a lot of information for Canadians but for international students, it’s hard to find the information. The best person to ask this is your university. They can guide you better on this. You can email at their international students admission. In my pov, yes but I think it requires a separate paper work. but again you can ask university ❤️

Hey ! For which program, Undergrad or grad ? The best way to search for scholarships is to email the universities directly and ask them what options you have 😊😇 Although there are universities in Germany and Italy that are tuition free. You can take a look at them 😊💯. Let me know if you have further questions 😇
