They are from Munich, Germany, and do well in southern Germany, and prior to Covid also a lot of success in South America, Mexico, India, and parts of Asia. Sort of flying under the radar, no famous superstar DJs/Producers. They keep doing it and it pays the bills, it does not seem that they are waiting for the big global breakthrough.
