Its good that he can Ignore those voices such a brave man....one of my fam members drink some leponex to fall asleep cause she can’t sleep hearing those voices but thanks to god we can still talk to her..and she actually tells us what she heard and seeing and that was crazy like demons who speak bad words to Her back and realizing those people with this kind of condition is really having a hard time to speak with, so you must talk to them and treat them like a normal person coz it can help them to ignore those voices and don’t let them to watch horror movies or stuff related to what she hears and sees, I don’t have this kind of condition but one of my love ones has this and thank god she is still alive and living properly.

@Blindi That's such a dickheaded thing to say. Most people with this type of schizophrenia can't tell, it's hard to distinguish between what's real and what isn't, particularly if it's paired with hallucinations, which I don't think his is. These voices convince them to believe a lot of things, the intense paranoia shows that they believe these voices.

  • @sackme4377

@Blindi If you heard someone calling your name from another room, you'd know they're real, becaude you can hear it, you can process it. If you hear something, you have the privilege of knowing it's real, but these people have the same sensations of hearing something, but they have to decide for themselves if they believe it or not.

Truly thank you for this video. My husband has schizoaffective disorder and when he goes through an episode- you being able to put into words what you are currently hearing helps me understand what he goes through. He’s expressed in the past that he’s heard almost the same exact things. His common one that he has is that someone is following him or stalking him. When he’s in a bad episode he’ll go catatonic. It’s truly a nerve wracking thing. I can’t even imagine what it’s like to be the one experiencing it so thank you for sticking around to tell us your story. I know this video is from a few years ago, but I saw that you’re still active on here and that made me happy. When you said that the one voice said to unalive yourself the expression you had on your face was one I’ve seen on my husband’s one too many times. So thank you for sticking around. Thank you for not giving into those voices. Again, I can’t imagine what you go through on a daily, but as someone that is a partner to someone with a form of schizophrenia, it means a lot that you keep pushing and that you’re on meds. The fact that you’re also pretty aware of it helps too I’m sure. At least it helps my husband.

Therefore, you should take him to the hospital rather than having a neighbor report him and then the police drag him there. It would be easier to take him there yourself and hopefully he agrees to take the medication. If not, speaking from experience, he will be injected with tranquilizers and locked in a room until he agrees to take them orally. After discharge, he will see a psychiatrist who will manage the medication for most likely the duration of his life but some have gone off successfully with no psychosis later in life. It is an easier route to say "yes" to the medication they offer and then see the psychiatrist. I wish the same for the creator of this video.

My visual hallucinations are much worse than the auditory ones. Also, I'm not diagnosed with schizophrenia so right now I don't know the source of my hallucinations.

Wow, i respect yiu so much for sharing it. I lived with someone who had schizophrenia. This will help others, and hopefully yourself. It's learning how to throw out all negative thoughts and embellish the positives and love. Very difficult. I wish you well

@Yeah Right is there really a need to bring up gun control to a video of a tremendously brave teenager lively explaining what he’s going through/seeing/hearing to educate more people on this exact matter on mental illnesses, in this case (schizophrenia). Go sit on a fucking pinecone if you don’t have anything better to do, fucking pathetic.
