Great video, are there any houses in the country? I work with metal and wood, lots of noise so i need to be in the country away from HOA stuff.

Thanks for watching Iton Joans! . Give me a call and let's look in the country! Btw not all of the subdivisions have HOAs -mine doesn't. Now that I think of it, I do have some loud neighbors :)

How do these towns compare to Seguin in terms of entertainment, crime rates, and schools?

You're going to have the occasional flyover. Good question! Not like scheduled flights next to a commercial airport thankfully

Its pretty bad, there is about two/three flyovers a day, where I live. An AF base and an airport close by, but you get used to it quick

@@imtaifubruh9439 I live less than a mile away from an airbase now & I hate the sounds of jets flying over lol I personally haven’t gotten used to it. Thank you so much tho! Ima continue looking at other areas
