Yes, it does, i had no history when i got rejected. And i had visited 4 countries when i got one.

As told in the video, you go to the website of the respective country to download the application form. You can fill all details on the website and keep a print of the same to submit it along with appointment booking receipt, in the VFS office

Yaar, your bank account should have sufficient balance. Aur write a good cover letter, convincing the officer ki you will come back to India, if he is convinced. You will get visa
