I wish they would do a scentsy Club day … 1 day a year where all scents are open and you can add anything back to your club … 24 hours only. There are certain scents I want back … like Bananaberry, accidentally in love, coconut daiquiri, Jumpin jelly bean, pacific sandalwood, poor unfortunate souls (luckily for me it urusula is coming back so at least I’ll get that one)

Melissa don't get frustrated with your business. I know we have scents we love and I was shock to hear about the bakery items being taken away from Scentsy. I'm hoping for the L.T.O. to make up the difference in what was lost. I do hope Scentsy can help with your dates🙏🏻 I'm not much of a Spring/Summer Breeze person. Awe thank you!! ❤️ (((hugs))) it’s so frustrating when we want bakery and are forced to club way too many and then mishaps happen and we lose them. It’s crazy to feel so stressed instead of just appreciating what we have as we have it. If they don’t rectify it, I’ll probably drop a bunch as well.

I don’t see why we need to “gamble” on what we think may or may not come back. Scentsy should give everyone the chance to add anything they choose to add, if the scent is not going to return from the previous season once that same season starts back up again. For example right now, they should allow us to club say hug in a mug now if we want it. I will need to put that idea into idea share, even though I’m sure it’s been expressed through social media over and over again.

I don't think they make these decisions last minute. They know which scents will get axed when they retire the catalog. They should let people know which ones are seasonal retirements and which are permanent at transition so people can stock up or add to club during transition month.

Thank you for sharing! I’m surprised pearfect day, huckleberry hideaway, black currant & plum, and lemon drizzle cake are returning. I honestly thought we’d see more LTO fragrances return! Cozy vanilla & pumpkin, caramel chestnut, maple rum cake, warm pumpkin drizzle, maple vanilla glaze. I thought we’d see at least one or two of these. I was also hopeful for vitamin R, since we saw vitamin U in this catalog.

Oh, I hope you get your bars back. 😢 I got burned on Hug In a Mug, but it was my fault for taking it out of my club. I really thought it would come back. I'm not impressed with the bakery section yet again. Oh well. I hope we get some really good bakery scents in the LTOs. And maybe a good bakery for September SOTM. We shall see. Yep…. 100% love SGA bakery! It’s impossible to club as much bakery as Scentsy is forcing us to do. It makes zero sense. Why leave people who can’t afford club or have a mishap have a handful of choices? It’s cruel. 💔🥺 as much as I love Scentsy and their wax I’m beyond disappointed 😔

The bakery. So disappointed again. Honestly one new with how many they have taken!! I am so frustrated and it makes me want to cancel my club. So many missed opportunities with last years LTO scents they could of added.

They know now bakery is the third highest category in our region! Dan said it! My locals won’t club and want stuff seasonally and this is huge bakery, spice country! They know darn well graham cracker crunch, maraschino sugar cookie, sugar cookie, st Nickerdoodle, almond croissant, apple butter frosting sell…. Nope let’s bring back summer ones and ones we took away last catalog super randomly instead! Curse you Scentsy! 💪🏻😡 it ruined the rest of SFR for me! I’m so annoyed! It’s clear they enjoy toying with people! I’m over it! Seriously if they don’t restore my club and I’m not the only person they did this to…. They can keep their stupid clubs! The ones I put in club are returning (except Bright Cider Life) and the ones I didn’t aren’t returning ugh! So I sadly didn’t club Dancing Sugar Plums, Harvest Blessings l, Be Merry and Cinnamon Buttercream. Was hoping for a better bakery section since spring was so bad. At least we have a few to work with, maybe there will some LTOs. I’m so sorry you keep having problems with club! Now I’m scared to change the date on mine! Thanks for doing this video! ☺️

I would be scared too except I guess just plan to still be charged same month regardless of what it says and you’ll be good I guess. Fate has a way of forcing us into paths we wouldn’t otherwise choose for ourselves…… it sometimes knows what’s best so you have no choice but to flow in the direction it takes you. 🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s fine. It was fun while I had them. Time to move on. ❤️

If scentsy actually counted brick sales as five bars in their inventory count they would probably get a better idea of what is popular scent wise and if it’s actually a seller I don’t know why they don’t include that when they make it inventory count of what’s popular and what’s not

Which means here in region 3 we have had honeymoon hideaway for 8 out of the 10 years scentsy has been in region 3 and aloe water cucumber 5 out of the 10 years here

It’s the strangest decision ever!!! I almost never hear anyone say they don’t like it. You’ll always have a few because no scent pleases every human, that’s impossible. They make zero sense and it’s becoming highly disappointing to me. They leave little choice and if anything happens oh well? 🙈🤷🏻‍♀️🥺 I’m just still highly emotional about it. Silly but true. 💔🥺

I was shocked about graham cracker crunch too. I am wondering if they are going to update the bricks in club soon because now we have sugar cookie, sea salt and avocado and the pomegranate one not in catalog anymore

It came in time and I was able to update my account and so glad that it came on time this story is scary! I would be so mad too. I hope scentsy does something for you.

I like Tinselberry with you🙋‍♀️ glad to know polar bear hug and silver bells is coming back, I kept them in my club. Really surprised they didnt add caramel chestnut. I totally thought that was replacement for toasted acorn and oak. I also thought they would add maraschino sugar cookie. I feel like they are going to be heavy on bakery LTOs and SOTM, but they are making a mess of the bakery situation and honestly it messes up BBMB for ppl who arent bakery warmers 🙋‍♀️.

I have my clubs… I just keep juggling them around… or do you mean the bars I lost because I was $2 short when it charged me the third time? Those bars I could not get back sadly. My fault.

I seriously thought they would have added more bakery and not take away more bakery. Shocked not to see Maple Rum Cake back, Graham Cracker Crunch and a few others. I was hoping to see Caramel Crunch and Maraschino Sugar Cookie not added. I don’t think I clubbed Maple Rum Cake. I am looking forward to a few of the LTO’s that I’ve seen. I’m ok cinnamon buttercream isn’t coming back. It smells like a foot to me.

Me either and honestly if they hadn’t restored my bars…. I probably would’ve done the exact same thing! But they gave me back ones I deeply cared about so I decided I needed to just trim it down a lot more. I need to make another big cut soon. They make zero sense to me because my locals aren’t addicted and won’t club and just lose interest buying or having parties. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I hate that the bakery section is being destroyed like that. I’m not the biggest bakery fan but I hate what they are doing to everyone else. I hate you lost your bars. I actually got rid of my Scentsy club and started over. I might just start doing bundle and saves and buying in bulk. I’m not sure yet but something HAS to change.

I really hope Nightmare Before Christmas comes back and Disney Villains.

I truly am beyond baffled at this point. There’s smart marketing strategies and then there’s total lack of concern over demands. Just makes me more grateful for vendors who do listen. I melt wax because it makes me happy! I’ll pay whoever is interested in listening to what makes us happy. I do Scentsy for fun. I never planned to get rich from it anyhow.

Uggg I know….. but lm noticing a pattern…. Watch LTO scents…. They rarely last past two catalogs…. I dare venture to predict scary good won’t return next year! I had a huge sigh of relief for arctic kiss…. I was nervous ….

They killed the bakery section again! And they kept Lemon Drizzle Cake....who actually likes that one? They made some really bad decisions this time around. When I found out that only 1 of the new scents was a bakery scent- I thought most were safe, but they just killed it and only added 1 from the LTOs. I am shocked that they didnt add at least one of Vanilla Maple Glaze, Maple Rum Cake, or Maraschino Sugar Cookie. I am actually really annoyed with Scentsy at the moment.

I think one problem is that Scentsy has become so very large, world wide. It is very sad, but I may soon just drop Scentsy club completely. Purchase only what sounds good for whatever season it is, buy enough to get my discount and 1/2 offs from being consultant, and buy more from vendors. I already have several vendor loves: Britta's, Destinations, Lavender & Speckles, The Melt Stash and That Smell Good Shop. All wax bars are priced well, most have free shipping when you order anywhere from 40$ to100$ (which Scentsy only does if your total is a gazillion dollars 😡).

I’m salty for a million reasons. 😞 I’ll get over it in a few days I’m sure. It’s only wax. I’m so sorry. It was the best chocolate one. You could smell the cookie dough! I loved it too! ❤️

Yes…. I hear it’s the same amount of wax…. I sure hope they don’t attempt less wax same price…. As long as it’s the same amount of wax, they’re very cute!

the tree bricks are less, they said a little under 5 vs the normal bricks are 5.5

Blueberry cheesecake. I love bakery but I think it smells like vomit 🤢 will not be getting that or lemon drizzle. Would much prefer hug in a mug a bit disappointed😢.

I’m just so annoyed with their decisions. It’s like they know which ones to strategically eliminate to shock people and so they pick those on purpose. 🙄

Shocked that they did not bring back maraschino sugar cookie. Lemon drizzle cake needs to go.

I’m sorry your bitter! Hopefully Scentsy can help sort your club out for you! Clearly everyone’s sniffer differs! I’m thankful for Club! However it does take self control to keep them in check - one can really overspend if they aren’t careful. Everything becomes club worthy with FOMO if we aren’t careful!

It wasn’t about over spending 🥺💔 they said when I changed the date it wasn’t due until the following month, nothing was lost. Then they proceeded to still attempt to charge me in July after telling me it wasn’t due until august…. Of course I spent it on other things because I believed them when they said I wasn’t due until Aug…. My clubs aren’t big anymore…. Now those two are half that size and one no longer qualifies for half off it’s so small.

Hi Melissa, I have no idea what Scentsy is thinking? I am not happy with what I have seen so far. Not impressed to be honest. I am sorry that they keep doing that to your Scentsy Clubs. I got rid of mine a long time ago because I felt they were a burden. I use them if I want to take advantage of the 10% off and the 1/2 price idea on a temporary basis. That is not always true, if you see it in clearance it wont come back....Snowberry has been in the past in clearance and there bringing that one back as an example....same with silver bells......!!! I can take or leave this catalgoue season to be honest. Not as excited about it as I have been in the past. I am hoping the LTO"s are better.....Thanks for sharing.....I have seen the new Dumbo warmer and bar coming out...now that excites me LOL Have a good one....hugs :)

Isn’t that Dumbo stuff cute? 🥰🎉🥳🙌🏻 that is exciting I agree!!! At this point we are the pawns in their chess game… they make completely no sense. I love to try and figure patterns out and they just completely threw them out the window! They enjoy messing with our minds and I’m so undone right now. You’re right. There is no rule to follow. It’s totally random. The universe is trying trying to tell me something with clubs. If they refuse to fix it, I’m not sure I want my clubs. 😫🥺😞💔

@@melissajohnsonhaight5036 HI Melissa I hope they are able to fix it for you. If not I would be totally p****ed off too. You have every right too. They keep doing this to you as well. You would think they would treat us as consultants a little better. I have stopped trying to figure out what Scentsy is doing these days. I think there just spinning there wheels. They need a new creative and marketing team as far as I am concerned. What do I know LOL Hang in there and let us know what customer service says about your Scentsy Club. I hope you have a better Friday. Thanks for sharing what you found out. Much appreciate it. I have been finding out through a few sources here and there. The Dumbo things are super cute...I doubt I will be able to afford that warmer coming out.....took me a while to get that other Dumbo warmer and I had to wait a few years until they put it into clearance. ....! It was a mixer for me! I’d of much rather had caramel buttercream!!! I loved that but had to drop from club to make room. 😞 they make zero sense!

@@melissajohnsonhaight5036 ya I will still buy scenstsy but not as much like there is a scent coming out august 7th it is a friends inspired scent and it has coffee in it I can’t wait for that but other than scent I really want I want buy from them as much. Did they put ur bars back.

I’m so sad about hug in a mug, cinnamon buttercream, and bright cider life not returning…..Thank goodness that fluffy fleece came back! They should keep customer favorite scents such as winterberry apple tea all year long without us having to use club space.

Ya I seriously know exactly WHY 😒 they do it….. their forcing people to keep clubs….. but from a keep customer loyalty standpoint…. I don’t get it….. it’s #3 in category popularity in this region so do you really want people to explore vendors to get bakery? Because that’s exactly why I ventured out more…. 🤯 but I’m just really annoyed at the moment with their decisions. If they put my bars back, maybe I’ll be less annoyed but right now….. 🤐

I hope they put your bars back. If they don’t, try the bath and body works pumpkin peanut brittle candle. I think it’s similar to graham cracker crunch. I’ll need to settle for hot cocoa from BBW and cream even though I really loved hug in a mug. :/

I considered quitting myself!! Talked myself out of it and the upcoming Ursula doll made my heart all warm and fuzzy so for now I’m still here. I do love them so much. But they aren’t caring about the people as much as the profits and that’s heartbreaking to me. I’m highly disappointed ☹️. Still a huge fan but they stole some of my joy over it.

It wasn’t my fault they told me I was due in Aug and continued to charge me in July. That’s their error, not mine. But I will probably drop my clubs mostly because it’s not worth it anymore. If they fix it, ok. If not why bother. It’s not like you can club wax anywhere else. Why pay attention when you believed their system and what it told you? I’m too busy to watch it like a hawk when they shouldn’t tell me it’s due in Aug and not mean it. Would you? Sit and watch it when it told you it was shipping in Aug? That’s not realistic but I think you know that. And I shouldn’t have to babysit Scentsy. That’s crazy. But you’re entitled to your opinion and me to mine. ☺️
