So I’ve been super busy today and came to watch this depressing (but lovely) video from Lisa..: HOLY - The SH*T has hit the fan! Good on you guys for speaking up here. I hope Scentsy takes note and reconsiders some of these “improvements”. #unhappyaddict

I’m completely stunned. Scentsy is basically insulting my intelligence. The Club is easy to understand & maneuver through for the majority. It’s a tactical strategy that hurts regular customers, the backbone of their success. My 6 pks are shipped in a very small box with little weight. I can ship that size box apparently cheaper than Scentsy can. I shouldn’t be surprised, though. Once I started watching expand worldwide and offer extravagant perks to those at the top I sorta knew prices would go up somewhere. They surely are counting on their faithful customers willing to take a few hits hits so they can continue to grow. I’ll see what happens but with the US in chaos I would guess that my scented wax obsession might have to be reigned in. Thank you so much, Lisa. I’m grateful for your transparency and commitment to your customers. 🙂

Free shipping is why I started buying Scentsy again.

I am so upset. It's just plain greed. My club is almost $300. I will have no choice but to cancel. This is what kept me afloat when I couldn't get any orders especially right when times are thought on people. Lots of people have lost their jobs and ordering as much! As soon as they partnered up with Disney everything has gone up. Some of their quality has gone down. You are going to see lots of consultants go inactive or just quit. Thank you for clarifying something's I didn't understand.

Horrible. Just horrible. I just ended my Scentsy Club. What fools they think we are.

Why can’t they offer a free bar with every 5 bars perk ? Or 10% off under $80 and15% off $80- $100 and so on. Seems like their perks are selective in their favor. Free 1/2 price club item is limited when you can’t use it on a bundle and you have to increase the total price of your club to get something you probably don’t even want half off. This seems so wrong to have pushed people to put their favorite bars in club and now people have no choice but to take them out due to cost. All while the company keeps saying they are having holiday like sale numbers and can’t keep up. So let’s take away from the consumers ? The club seems like it’s been a mess and a cause of dismay from day one. Maybe Scentsy should create a BBMB section in every catalog instead if they can’t figure out how to work the perks in their club system.

Free shipping was the only reason I started a club. I wonder if they realize how many will just cancel their subscription?

@@Waxycats Yeah I do get your point. Some may say Scentsy is already on the higher priced end for wax when they can go out to Walmart and get wax. A lot already do say that. This makes it look bad for them. I just made my club. I don't have a problem paying shipping yet but I don't think I'll keep it for long. Mine is only $90 right now while some like you I know have really high clubs.

Pure greed! Exactly. They made an outrageous profit in May, they want to keep the bank rolling. This is such a disappointment.

What aggravates me the most is the timing on these changes. In a pandemic, when people are struggling financially, when orders are barely fulfilled in a reasonable manner, when stock is depleted.... Scentsy really missed the mark on timing and it’s going to show. Regardless of QoL changes, I just find the whole announcement insensitive on their behalf. The system had issues but 2020 really wasn’t the year to pick for changing it all...

I’m going to put my money where my mouth is and opt out of my Scentsy Club. I have enough wax to last three years anyway. Maybe they will have done an about face by then.

There’s really no other way to view this than pure greed. They’re doing sooooo well in a pandemic, that they have decided it’s ok to screw over customers/consultants. I know you try to be positive for the company, and I get that, but there’s really no other way to polish this turd. This has nothing to do with doing what’s best for the customer. Nothing.

I just started my club a few days ago, now my excitement is gone. I don’t think I’ll be keeping it now. 🙁 If they decide to keep free shipping that would be a game changer for me. Thanks for the update love your video’s.

Free shipping is like gold for Canadians. This is unfortunate.

Nicole Mitchell I’m Canadian so I completely understand that free shipping is huge for Canadians. After my July order I will probably cancel. Plus I find in the last year or so, the scents aren’t living up to the hype.

Canadian here as well, and I agree. Shipping here is so expensive.

I have 8 six packs and 2 three packs currently in my club, with other items. My club averages $300. It adds far more cost for less product and more aggravation/confusion. It feels like being given a huge middle finger for ordering too much every month. $30 is shipping & charged for 8 more bars at almost $50? I find it extremely hard to believe they got good feedback. Not many people rave about paying more for less, especially if they buy a lot consistently as a loyal customer. This is like the neighborhood coffee place's loyalty card being, "If you buy 10 coffees, you can pay an extra $20 fee and only will get 9 of those coffees for your money."

I agree that taking the free shipping away is a bad idea. Most websites will give you free shipping if you spend a certain amount. When I spend a $100 I expect to get free shipping. I really don't feel like the discounts out way to the additional fees. If I spend $90, the shipping fees cancel out the 10% discount. I think they are going to lose a bunch sales.

I'm looking at the website. It looks like you get free shipping at $200. Maybe friends can combine their club orders? It sounds like shipping is getting too expensive for Scentsy, especially in warm months when they have to pack items with the cold pack. I just started a Scentsy club in June and also feel sad that they are changing the pricing structure.

W Trenthem it’s not free shipping at $200 bc they are going by party tiers rules. They don’t do free shipping unless over $500 with a party. When not connected to a party it’s free over $200.

Well this sucks, I'm a huge scentsy supporter, i have been a customer for 6 years, I stuck by scentsy when they raise their bars from $6 - $8 ( I live in canada ) I always buy the limited time bundles, from the holiday collections, summer collections etc cause I always wanted to know if I needed to add them to my club, as sucky as it is that I don't want to lose my bars I'll probably have to cancel, I cant afford 100 + dollars on 12 bars, and now I will feel like I wont want to order the limited collections incase I fall in love with a bar, especailly the bars you have to buy in bundles ex mix it collection, it sucks, I love home fragrance, and I love scentsy, but to pull a move that affects their loyal customers and consultants in such a big way after having record breaking sales looks tacky on their part😒

The only person this is benefiting is them.. they not only disallowed us to use bundle and saves... they took out free shipping... and slapped on a 10% discount as if that makes a dent in how big peoples clubs are... bars are $8 each in Canada! That means if I want my 12 bars I have to pay $96 before tax, instead of $80, and pay shipping because it’s no longer free which is usually over $9. That 10% discount doesn’t do anything for me, it barely covers tax. Definitely won’t be keep my club. Thank you for your informative video 🙂

It’s an all around bad deal no matter how you look at it unfortunately. I’ve tried to accept it but I can’t. Looks like my resignation is coming soon. It’s not just the club, it’s wax performance issues etc.

Completely wrong direction AGAIN Scentsy. Why would any SSD think this is good is beyond me. You pay more now with the bundles going, you pay shipping BUT hold on, you get a 10% discount. This actually makes it worse the more you buy! How does that make sense in anyway? Bye Bye Scentsy Club ..... regrettably!!! And please... no-one tell me a half price item makes up for it.... it simply doesn't!!! And paying for a service that may take 4 weeks to get to me from ordering... that's not customer focused at all.

I’m totally with you on the frustration of this! I wanted to throw something when I read about the shipping changes. I have some major editing to do as well. Thank you for always being real, I wish we could protest these changes haha.

Lisa thank you so much for breaking this down for us this is a hard pill to swallow! I don’t believe that this is the right time to be doing these changes everyone is already upset because shipping is taking so long and now your gonna charge them there is gonna a lot of upset people even me. My $215 club order was supposed to ship out June 9 and today on the 24th I get an email saying it had partially shipped and only three bars are coming to me so yes definitely bad timing. This was the only thing that was keeping my customers right now. Yep my $300 club is gonna go bye bye now I’m gonna have to get it down to $60! 😭

I wonder if they gave feedback on some of it (like regarding the bundle and saves and dealing with retired scents) and then Scentsy just added the shipping charges. I can’t imagine anyone being like “yeah sure, start charging shipping! That’s a great idea!” 😒

Well, thank you Scentsy for saving me some money. I will be cutting my club down considerably. Thank you Lisa for explaining it thoroughly. I was confused about the shipping until you explained it. I'm bummed but I have so much wax that this pushed me to reel it in with my purchasing.

This is such a bummer. I feel like they are ruining the scentsy club program I have $200 or more in my scentsy club so I’ll probably be getting rid of it now or cutting it way back. 😡

Pretty poor timing for Scentsy to do this with everything going on in world today and honestly it's against my religion to pay shipping....once they see all the customers they loose and people cut down a bunch on their clubs because of these changes ...maybe they'll rethink this decision? I hope...people are already struggling and making sacrifices to pay their bills ....home fragrance is nice to have but when you come down to monthly budgets and nickles and dimes ...is it still worth it? Idk?....there's a lot of competition out there ...thank you for the update

I never understood why Scentsy doesn’t make things easy for the customer. I just recently started a club mainly for the free shipping and also the always get my bar. (For the record, I don’t get that either, if they are already making them, why not make it available to everyone?) Most websites you don’t have to go through the added step of creating the bundle and save. You just add the quantity you want and the website adds the appropriate discount once you get to that specific limit. For example, once you add six bars it automatically gives you the discount. I also wish Scentsy provided more detailed information on the order page. Tell me which bars shipped in the order, give me an expected date for the ones that haven’t shipped so I am not left wondering and send me an email to keep me updated. I’m not saying I am going to cancel my club, but this does change things.

Totally agree! They would allow a customer to just pay full price for bundled items and never alert them that they can jump through some hoops before putting the item in the cart and basically get a free bar. That’s not intuitive at all. And not really looking out for your customers!

I know this video was difficult to make. Thank you for being honest and transparent. Thank you thinking of the consumer and giving us your thoughts and your concerns. Looking forward to your video on pairing down your scentsy club.

I will say I do like the fact that bars we dont want anymore will be easier to remove. However I'm not happy about loosing that free 6th bar you get with a bundle. I also do not like that they are removing free shipping. I feel that always get my bar and free shipping over $60 was the club's best perks. 🤷‍♀️

Unfortunately I think Scentsy has made up their mind and this isn’t gng to change. It sucks to have to make a choice between your finances and the fact that with that you like your home to smell good. This was a terrible time to drop an increase on people. I’m glad they are increasing sales but it seems like we are getting penalized for the profits they are receiving. There are so many things that they said aren’t happening now due to them being super successful and I think that’s wrong. Keep the perks bc that helps a lot of us. Not everyone is doing so well. July incentive changed...it’s just crazy at this point. It’s like you asked us to sell sell sell and get more customers and then these things happen. I appreciate and love the products and I realize this is a business but taking away incentives and perks from those who need it doesn’t make sense.

Yikes. Thank you for your honesty, Lisa. I feel that there is sometimes a “toxic positivity” stance that occurs in MLM teams where you feel like you can’t voice your opinion or share criticism of company decisions. I feel like this is punitive for large club orders and the benefits for the consumer are definitely outweighed by the cons at this point. My current club order is over $200, but I felt I could justify it because it really was a good deal. I will certainly have to give my club some serious thought and am glad my last order landed in June! Thanks again for your openness in sharing this news! ❤️

The bars are not worth that price. The quality of the Bars has significantly decreased in the last few years. Most of them only last for a few hours. Ridiculously greedy😡

I usually get about 12 to 24 hours from my cubes...I have a small but open main level w 3 warmers and 1cube put in each...I've never gotten days out of it tho(but my warmers are on 24/7)

Wow, I’m not happy about this. Thank you this this info though. Just this month I spent $200 so I wouldn’t have to pay shipping! 😜. I personally am not interested in those perks. I want free shipping and I only buy bars. Now I have to pay more for my bars plus shipping. So if I cut my Scentsy club down to 12 bars that will cost me $72.80 with the 10% off and the added shipping cost where that same order would cost me $60 now. A perk would only drive up the cost of my Scentsy club. I have never bought a whiff box. I’d just be spending more money “to save” on things I don’t want. Well, once my bars are in individualized I’m going to gut my Scentsy club for the few scents that I really want. What a bummer! 😭. My Scentsy club going up $23 is not to my benefit. Thank you!! I don’t mean to shoot the messenger.

Lisa, thank you for sharing this difficult news. When I read the email, I immediately came to your site because I knew that you would explain it. To Scentsy Corporate, the loss of free shipping is pathetic. The loss of bundle and save is pure greed. If I ONLY ordered bundle and save bars in my club, I would be spending $2.40 more per month which comes out to $28.80 a year - almost the equivalent of 5 bars!!! Think what else you could you do with that money. I just don't think I can support these changes. It will be interesting to see if customers really do cancel clubs or decrease their club ordering and what effect it will have on profits. Power to the people!!!

Thanks Lisa for a very informative video. I was going to start a club in July when our BBMB comes out in July (Australia). We only get a very small number to choose from - very different than USA. I'll hold off until I see how these changes work out. Bars are $10 so bundles are worth having and I don't have many old scents to keep getting. Anyway, I love your videos, I watch them last thing at night because your time is 13 hours behind us. You are a great consultant. Keep up the happy and informative videos.👍👍👍

Seems like a really bad time to start charging for shipping when the wait times have been so long. If they could assure I would get my order in a timely manner (like less than two weeks) I think I might be willing to pay more but as it is now that’s really excessive. I do like the idea of having more flexibility without the bundles. I never got why they couldn’t just apply the discount to every 3rd or 6th bar without needing to tie them in to groups.

So sad and frustrating! Thanks Lisa for keeping us informed.

SCENTSY should just put it back to how it originally was with the vip and just add the always get my bar. They’re really just about getting money out of us. They’re about to lose so many customers with Scentsy club. My whole team is upset. Luckily I don’t have customers that don’t have Scentsy club. I don’t currently have a club subscription and now I’m not planning to set one up. It sounds like all of the reasons I was interested in one are gone now except the Always Get My Bar. I honestly hate this for you guys that are consultants. I appreciate your honesty and willingness to speak frankly with your customers and listen to their feedback. 💕

I was already bummed about them taking away the 10% discount in July and now this. I don't see how this is benefiting the customer (or anyone but themselves) at all. Take away the 6 pack or add shipping. Not both! Or even have a flat rate shipping of 5 bucks or something. Not cool Scentsy!

I’m a new consultant and I’m loving your videos! Thank you for sharing. 😊 I subbed to the whiff box and one summer bar that I love that is being discontinued, as long as I don’t have to pay separate shipping for the box and the bar, I’m fine with it. Hope I’m understanding it correctly.

I see lots of people dropping their Scentsy clubs due to the shipping. I think this is a very bad move on their part.

I’m honestly not too sure how I feel about all of this. I read the workstation and have been chewing on it since. It’s good to hear your thoughts on it and I’m glad to know I’m not alone in not being 100% ok with this information.

I have done a few comparative scenarios for my customers and it appears that the greatest impact is to the two 6 pack folks. $13 more for one customer was just too much to bear. The 1/2 off item was not reward enough to offset the disparity of the “NEW” two 6 pack (12 bar) club cost.

I placed my first order for Scentsy Club on July 20th and then today, the 24th, went to look at my next order and realized it was costing more! I was so confused. I am glad I found this video to explain what happened. Still bummed, but glad you created this video to explain the changes.

Darnit. I’m not a fan of the changes. Thank you for clarifying everything. I’ll have to make some changes but what can ya do. Hopefully they get the message that these changes are less than ideal.

I would would honestly be okay with everything except they can keep the half off item and the shipping charges, hopefully they’ll get enough of a negative response that they’ll make more tweaks !! I know superstar directors are at the top of the food Chain but our opinions should matter too!! They should have done a survey to all customers and consultants !!! Not just one group

The shipping I think is already pricey (I agree if it’s warmers or fragile products) but for bars I don’t agree with it and now I’m re considering my club if I’m honest I love the always get my bar but is it worth the increased pricing

Especially if shipping continues to be so slow...I've been waiting over a month for my club order and if I had paid for shipping is be way more irritated. I wonder if people are really going to cut down on their clubs now....I really wish they could do better on the shipping for us. They could also give people a free bar In their subscription to supplement the bundle and save....If they truly didn't want "more money" I feel there's many ways to keep it cost effective. I love Scentsy but this definitely makes me feel some kinda way....like why make us pay full price for having a subscription... it really does not feel like our best interest at heart. Guess you take the good with the bad sometimes 😉

Agreed!!! I’ve started to get my wax from vendors and I’m honestly thinking of resigning at this point ! We’ve sold in record numbers here lately so I just don’t feel good about this !!They could have done a $5 shipping and the pill would have gone down easier lol

@@wmire31 oh for sure! It really breaks my heart...I literally have Scentsy covering the entire bottom floor of my house lol. I only have Scentsy warmers which is why I haven't explored vendor wax(I've heard Scentsy warmers won't work) and no other warmer is as pretty as my Scentsy...but this just feels a little greedy...even ten percent off a sixty dollar order doesn't cover the 8dollar shipping charge so I have to pay two dollars more than I ever would have before? So what if you had to put a random bar in a six pack to keep it essentially that bar was free anyways....I'm going to wait and see how this plays out financially but I'm really disappointed...they could have done better I feel

Aimee Tegges the vendor I use her wax melts in Scentsy !! I’m a fellow consultant as well I’ve invested heavily ! To say the least they make pretty lamps ❤️ i would be okay with $5 shipping, but you’re correct it feels like they are getting greedy, I know getting the warmers from China has been more difficult these days and I would understand the changes if sales were down but they are skyrocketing!!!

New changes in Scentsy club make me want to cancel my club I just started. I feel like I am not going to be buying as much Scentsy makes me rethink the company.

same. I buy a lot - way too much. I think I am done. This does not benefit me whatsoever. Their last flash sale was terrible too. The prices were still really high. Now we don't get a 10 percent off in July before the catologue change and now they ruined club. On the vendor wax for me.

Is the Laundry Love bundle not available as well? Wasn't that how the VIP club started a while back before Scentsy Club? The last order I received did not have a mylar pouch or ice pack. With temps around 90 degrees, my wax was soft but at least not melted. If I am paying shipping, it would be in their best interest to at least include that! I am disappointed in these changes! And I am more disappointed for the consultants who need to help the customers sort this all out! It’s disappointing that they are essentially raising the price of bars for scentsy club plus having to pay for shipping. As far as half off, you can’t add warmers so that doesn’t help much.

I'm really saddened by these changes more then anything 😔 I'm basically my only customer, with my parents buying from me once in a blue moon. Our family also has some financial issues to deal with right now, which is why I set a budget for myself and was getting smaller Club purchases each month - enough to just get the free shipping. By taking it and free bars away, I seriously have to slash my club and possibly not have it at all. Which sucks, because there are discontinued bars in my Club I really love 💔💔

I do not like this at all!!!! Since I started 18 months ago shipping has gone up from 0 shipping for a $200 party to 5% and having to have a $500 party to get 0$ shipping. I love my bundle and saves with $5.00 shipping for $30 club and $0 for $60. Ill be losing a lot of bars I love. Because I am not paying 10% shipping. HATE IT!! Making things so tough for us!!!!

Aww that's horrible news! One of the main reasons I have a club subscription is for the free shipping 😒 As a loyal customer who is willing to guarantee a monthly purchase- every month,the least they should do is provide free shipping. Besides getting my 'make my bar' feature, I dont really think having a club sub is worth it now. I rather cancel my club and get bundles and save...IMHO. but thank you for sharing the news Lisa!! ❤

I'm a consultant too and some months Scentsy club is what keeps my business going. Not being able to bundle and save or get free shipping means I probably won't be able to keep my club. Which also means I sadly will have to stop being a consultant.

So here is my spill.. I don’t think doing a pilot with super star directors would be an accurate trail run . Super star directors aren’t going to go inactive if one or two people are upset about these changes and cancel their club , but a piss ant like myself who is at the bottom of the tier depend on each and every club subscription to stay active are going to be significantly Impacted . I totally get that expecting nothing to ever change would be ignorance on my part , but this is just plain tacky. In my humble opinion, it’s totally unacceptable to boast about record breaking sales and turn around in the same breath and raise cost on their guaranteed money each month . Am I going to get rid of my club entirely ?? No, but it will be half of what it was. Sorry Lisa .. but I don’t see myself staying active once I have people cancel .

Johanna my thoughts exactly, I cannot believe the nerve they have bragging about the amount of money they made and then to turn around and screw over us loyal scentsy clubbers is enough to make me see red. Bless their little hearts, I hope they realize this BS will bring their sales down in a major way. And yes I never expected nothing to change ever (like the shipping I can kind of understand because maybe theyre struggling during the pandemic) but the no bundles is just pure greed

It's nice to see a prominent consultant actually being honest about these changes. ...this new scentsy club is just so poopy. Hope that Scentsy changes their minds about this.

I recently got into Scentsy and am rather obsessed 😅 I was considering the Scentsy club because I absolutely love Amazon Rain and Now and Zen is very calming, I wanted to know I could continue getting those 2 scents, however I noticed I couldn’t do the 6 pack bulk buy as you have pointed out. The bars are $10 each here in Australia and shopping is $10 so the free one I’ve been getting always goes on shopping anyway. I’m just going to spread my wings and try other scents. I’m not joining the club just to pay more. Makes no sense. Thank you for being so honest. I’ve watched quite a few of your videos. Your passion and knowledge is lovely to see xx

Also, in Australia, you have to spend over $51 to get the 10% off (which is $5, where as buying the 6 bar pack getting on free you spend $50 and save $10!) also we have to spend $102 to get a half price item! Our prices are much higher than the U.S to begin with. Yea, I’ll stick with ordering freely and won’t bother with the club. Although I’d love to join, just makes no sense financially.

I'm not crazy about being charged shipping more than once a month (when my two month and three month subscriptions ship in the same month) because I have them shipped that way so I can more easily afford my bars. Now I will have to schedule everything to come at once if I don't want to pay shipping twice. So I will be cutting out some bars and moving everything to the same shipping schedule 😒.

As a very small consultant within the Scentsy organization, this is totally going to mess with the few whiff box regulars that I have. One of my selling points was that the shipping was only $5.00 and if they added on to make a $60.00 order, the shipping was free. This generated a big increase in sales for me. I would venture a guess that my customers are not going to view this in any kind of positive light even with a 10% discount and 1/2 price item. My guess...they cancel...Thanks alot Scentsy !!

Lisa, What can I say. I am upset about the changes but at the same time, I am excited and willing to give it a try. I wish they would have kept the bundle and save so people could still get the laundry love bundle with there Scentsy club.Also will we be able to change the frequency of how often we get our Scentsy bars as often as we like?

So I used to get 12 bars for $60 plus tax. Now I will get 12 bars for $64.80 plus shipping plus tax? But one of the bars would be half off, so 61.80 plus shipping and tax. That’s... not a very good deal! I was excited to see the changes today and was really disappointed that they’re basically taking away free shipping and bundle and save options.

I was just about to sign up for scentsy club. Glad I didn’t. Doesn’t seem like they want a better customer experience. Sounds greedy. They couldn’t have set it up so customers could just edit their bundles? As always thanks for your honesty Lisa.

Brilliant as always, and I love love the fact that you don’t try and bullshit just for a sale, you tell the truth, which not many consultants do, ☺️as for Scentsy itself, I’m so disgusted by all of the changes. I have been a loyal costomer for years through different consultants and I have spent thousands, not gonna lie , I’m an addict. My son thinks it’s a cult 🤣in may I decided to become a consultant, and I’d already had some doubts, as in Australia the free shipping used to be for $350 sales, now its gone to $850, before you get free shipping, that’s a huge amount, for somthing that isent essential, its a luxury, and a dear one at that🤬🤬but we buy because we love it and we could always justify it by getting free stuff, and free shipping, iv just joined Scentsy club, and after this I am getting rid of it after just a month. For me, these changes are just painful and annoying , I only joined as a consultant to get free commission on my own sales , I was never interested in it for a business, but I truly feel sorry for every other consultant out there who is trying to use this as a business. Because of the constant changes Scentsy has been doing, and taking away all of the benefits, it would be near impossible for people to earn money in this business. No one is gonna wanna spend soooooo much money on somthing that is NoT essential. Anyways sorry about my rant, Lisa as always, you inspire me, thank you. Scentsy, I hope you listen to everyone and take on board what everyone is trying to sale before you loose lots of good people their jobs basically

This is such a letdown :( I’m gonna have to delete a lot from my Scentsy club I’m not happy about this at all. And what directors would even approve of this? So confused and anxiety is through the roof! I hope they realize this is a mistake especially the paying for shipping! 🤬

Scentsy doesn't have to remove free shipping ( which is a huge perk) to make Scentsy Club more user friendly. That is completely separate from the issue at hand.I think the system is easy to use and as a consumer I strategically bundled my retired scents/BBMB's so that I would not have to disbundle them EVER lol. I think this is a bad move and will definitely reduce the amount of club subscribers. Hopefully they reconsider. How do we get this feedback to corporate 🤔 ?

Me too I literally have them all set in a way that is strategic. Scentsy is showing its greed pure and simple and insulting it's costumers intelligence. Nobody is dumb enough to think this is better

In regards to the club, can changes be made for what you want on for the next month? Or what you have signed up for is what you'll be getting always, depending on how often your requesting your items. Sorry i know its confusing just new to this and wanting to join. Thx u

In New Zealand, we don't currently get free shipping on any scentsy order ... but we did get a flat rate, that is now gone 😪

Oh boy. I was fine until the shipping. I already thought that having to hit $200 to get free shipping for regular orders was too high and that the shipping charges for orders below that were too high. I’m totally fine with the bundle and saves being gone for the bars bc I find it annoying to have to deal with a couple different bundles having retired scents and trying to make changes but not lose my retired scents. So not having bundle and save is fine but I agree with someone else that they could just have an automatic “buy 5 bars, get 6th free” it’s really not that difficult and even on that note, only do that for the bars since they’re the only ones that you can get retired scents and then they could have left the bundle and save options for all the other products. Anyway, I can get behind something changing with that and getting some other discount but getting rid of the free shipping is obnoxious. I think I will be cutting back my club, too, because they’ve essentially raised rates. I think they will see this is really going to cause them to lose business.

I’m a consultant with a hefty club subscription. I wasn’t happy about the bundle and save going away but I’ve thought about and that might be great because I can edit out one bar...but I agree with the shipping thing. I’m seriously worried about it.

Hey Lisa! I know all the details on the half price item aren’t super clean yet. But if my club order processed on July 15th, do you think I will receive the half price item after the changes take effect at the end of the month? Or do you think that won’t start until my next club order?

All of these changes result in Scentsy getting more money from their customers one way or the other. There is no other way to look at this but greed and Scentsy having the best interest of their bank account balance at heart. I'm done with Scentsy on this one.

Really bummed by most of these changes. I almost started a subscription and am not going to do it now. I do like the the half off whiff box but the free shipping was the big perk! Buy 5 get the 6th free, I thought was there classic deal and never thought that would be unavailable in a club.
