Thank you Poly ,for a lovely long video.
Hey Poly, there used to be a Pyrex factory near me when I was a kid. They knocked the building down and built houses on the site years ago.
That's JAJ Pyrex. Great score! So glad you went back for the lid, I was hoping it was in that bin and that you wouldn't have left it behind! 😁🙌🏻💖

Hi Poly did you know that the ends of the cords, the part where we plug in the wall that you keep cutting off, they have brass in them. You'll need a vice and some pliers to pull them out.
@PolyProphet
2 ай бұрын
Yes I did some tests of whether it was worth the time spent and also watched a few scrappers online. The consensus is if you have the time, and have nothing to do, go for it.
When you find pans with lids turn the lids upside down so the handle of the is the inside, to stop it from falling off & getting damaged
işini severek yapıyorsun iyi günler 😊

That name is German, its pronounced "Mee-Lee". Meile. Nice haul today. But you left a lot of scrap pipes,(table legs,Chairs.) it all adds up, heavy is good in scrap collecting. Atleast here in the United states it is.

When did your scrapyard begin accepting refrigerators? What changed?
@PolyProphet
2 ай бұрын
I can’t remember exactly. Recently tho. That’s why the price is low as they have to pay the environmental fee when they sell.
Poly, what are you saying? “In size? In sides?” when you are sorting scrap in the storage unit. What does that mean? Watching your vlog from Canada.
@PolyProphet
2 ай бұрын
Insize is a category of steel at some Aussie scrapyards. It’s steel that is more than 3mm thick and less than a metre long. It may also be referred to as hms or prepared steel.
🙋♀️💜💜
😃👍👋👋
🤙🤙🤙👍
Hey bro. nice pickings. What do you mean when you say "insize" for some scraps ? Also, do you really need to ask permission off the home owner before you take his scrap ? I assumed because it's already outside it's a free for all.
@PolyProphet
2 ай бұрын
Insize might be know as hms or prepared steel in other countries. It’s steel that is minimum 3mm thick and less than a metre long. Brake rotors, bbq plates or even nuts & bolts.
Hello, I wonder why I don't see you collecting scrap paper or cartons, that is also recyclable, do you know where to buy it, I currently have a large quantity and want to sell it for Recycling
