I don't know about the other ones, but the first one is 100% legit. That smoky human figure and that movement when it pulled itself back into the room, is the exact thing I saw during my one and only sleep paralysis 7 years ago. I was so terrified that I never slept in that room again. I woke up and there was this figure on the ceiling staring at me and before I knew it pulled itself into the corner of the room where the door was. Absolutely mind-boggling how could something like this even exist is beyond me. I'm lost for words once again.

I've only had one sleep paralysis 3 years ago and once I woke up, there was a little girl right outside my closet just staring at me for a few seconds then instantly rushing over next to my ear in a flash I couldn't keep track of, she was a smoky black girl but didn't seem aggressive, just curious?? The little girl told me 'wake up or mommy is going to be mad'; my body just wouldn't move for some reason but I was scared out of my mind. O-o She just vanished after that, no indication she would've appeared in the first place, no explanation on how she even got there or what the hell was going on. It just sorta...happened?

You're not the only one to have this happen. I used to think bathroom scenes in movies with ghostly beings were dumb and cliche, but the same stuff seems to happen. And when I ask my mom if she was in there, I'll hear her in the other room. Or I'll quickly swing back the curtain to look for my cat, only to stop the shower, wrap myself in a towel, and find him sleeping in another room. It's creepy. I can't wash my hair without being hyper fast about it now

The first actually was the lady trying to capture something on camera. Her dogs were acting strange so she started recording. She was saying how strange thing always happened in her house. Luckily she’s already moved out

In regards to the last video with the guard at the cemetery, the reason there are no more videos is because the place he worked for was sued because of all the names that were exposed on the memorial tombs. So he got fired for that reason

The most amazing thing about all of these videos is that an ordinary camera can capture all of this. Yet, professional ghost hunters use equipment that costs thousands of dollars. Want to record a ghost and its voice? Buy the cheapest phone with camera. That's all it takes.

Replaying the footage twice is good enough.... Not 50 times. Lol
