@@glx3846 not at all! I’ll say the face itself has a somewhat yellowing to it but it has slowly been getting like that since I was young. Didn’t know the treasure I had until it sat in a Halloween bin every year but it’s honestly in 98% shape from original

I really want these mask, specially the Wassup one but omg it's so hard to find and buy it here in Asia 😭

What causes the masks to get dented spots on the vinyl? I bought a pre owned one and the mask has a dent on it. The mouth has some faded colour on the top line of the mouth. I gave the mask a clean in lukewarm water with washing up liquid. Soaked it for a bit. Then threw out the water and soaked it in normal water to wash off the washing up liquid. Put it on a towel. Spreading out the shroud to dry and shoved some tea towels inside to retain the shape. Did I clean it in the right way?

You definitely cleaned it correctly. That’s exactly how I clean mine when they need it. As for dents, they can be caused by storage, if they’re squished against other items or in boxes it can dent the mask in places, but using a hairdryer to warm the mask will allow it to pop back into shape. Other small dents can form in the casting process but they usually look like little scars or holes

What is the difference between the old tagged Scary movie masks and the new tagged ones?

Aside from the tag design, not much at all. Just the usual variations in eye mesh and casting thickness, same sort of differences you’d find with any production year differences

Stock is always changing it seems, the Wassup one was in stock here on an Australian website for about a week back around halloween and since then I haven’t seen them up again. It’s gonna be a case of searching and patience unfortunately

What causes the black lining near the eye mesh to fade a bit? Is the mask damaged if the black colour lining near the eye mesh is a little faded and a bit of colour near the mouth has faded?

If the paint is fading, it’s likely just age. It may be slightly sun damaged but there’s a multitude of reasons that can affect it

@@TheCBStudioOfficial The black colour on the mouth has faded a tiny bit on the top edge but not a lot. The black line near one of the eyes looks like a tiny bit of black has come off. Do you think it was because I washed it?

I have a question, I own a lot of Fun World and EU masks but I don't know where to store them. I have a small place and can't hang them up so what I did was store them all in a plastic box. Unfortunately some are turning blue, how can I prevent that? Thanks!

I store any of my masks that aren’t on display in a plastic storage tub, but each one goes in a plastic ziplock bag first to keep it clean and stop any staining from hoods or dirt. Thats my best suggestion

I don’t know of anywhere that has them at the moment, but they should pop up closer to Halloween

it sucks that fun world doesn't want to release the killer mask from scary movie due to it being similar to the ghostface mask which is dumb

I will usually buy from costumebox.com.au but they only ever have small amounts of stock it seems. I got my 25th anniversary masks from them way back at the start of the year but they sold out in a couple of days
