I’d rather take my chances swimming across the Thames than walk through there.

I've been through there when it's daytime and busy, but no way could I do that when it's deserted! Quite a feat of engineering for it's time.

Makes sense! Although I did realize that it's quite seldom completely deserted even at night but there are definitely plenty of certain so called: " completely no (human) foot traffic time periods " every night when it actually does feel creepy. Its just that I wanted to shoot it without almost any foot traffic at very late night but I ended up re shooting the material over and over again multiple times due to the tunnel just being too busy of traffic.

@@kesmotionI was after the least busiest times which is probably between 12am - 06.00am but for the busiest I would assume that probably between 12pm - 6pm BUT i dunno about the morning traffic cause I've never been there in the morning but theres always a chance that there would be a lot of traffic during the morning rush hour maybe. I was down there at 2am before and it was not a good experience 💀

Woolwich foot tunnel is less dirty and better condition

ive walked this tunnel alone at night once, was eery yes, but so is oxford street during the day

Awesome but also very scary...watching you from Cape Town South Africa

Awesome! Hope the Covid hasn't gotten out of control over there. I'm interested in exploring South Africa too at some point..

Actually I am. No idea why theres no cctv in the tunnel but i think there are at least at either end if i remember correct.
