No bro, its misconception between people. I already said this to a person in this comment section that "don't be worried. ChatGPT will not replace you infact the person who use chatGPT will replace you because what i observed that If your tasks consist of things that can be automated or just writing basic code blocks that have little or no complexity, your career could be on the line. The point is not to blindly copy paste code from the prompt and know nothing about it. You must make sure that you understand the code you are using and tailor it to your needs, making sure it meets your requirements. In short, generate code using AI but customize it to your needs. If the AI generates broken code, you have to fix it if you choose to use it.

It is just a beginning and it is so wonderful, imagine what would happen after few years. I think salaries for freelancer coders and full-time coders will dip a lot. There will be a new role, a enabler, a person who uses such tool to generate desired webpage

I tried to create a portfolio website by chat gpt using html css and js and it gave me an amazing basic portfolio website's code, however the generated javascript Code didn’t work and in css file I had to replaced some code to mordify the web page. Although, there was little bit error but Chat GPT was able to create an amazing portfolio website even I didn’t have to tell that the sections (services, experiences, cv, project). It generated every section automatically which was really unbelievable.

with chat gpt i have created full stack web app in next js with almost 0 exp with HTML CSS javascript. yeah I have exp with android development but exp in web was 0. completed this project in 30 days with firebase auth, MySQL as backend frontend is in tailwind CSS and jsx components. GPT3 is greater tool for developer but I am pretty sure that when gpt4 will enter in market everyone will get affected in matter of time period. (From my guess it will kill 40% soft job)

i have made game program in JS with the help of chat GPT and i have just started learning coding 8 months ago even i asked to my teacher can u create this program by your self he said no so now i realized with basic knowledge u can create any thing what you can imagine

That's the thing, ChatGPT says it will not replace anything but we're seeing with our eyes that AI is crazy. From image generation to many problem solving tasks, it's much better than newbies. A client who knows how to use AI, why he will hire a Freelancer and communicate with him (even cheap) as AI can do the same task in less time. We have to learn AI unless it will replace us

In this video what i have observed is chatgpt can create a "prompt" website because as a user using such tool should have a good knowledge about web development ,he/she has to breakdown the elements of designing to create a responsive webpage. Similarly, in the video harry gave chatgpt command that he need "a slider to image"!!!

GPT-4 is released too now. Please make a video on that as well.

With AI you can only generate code for basic stuff not for complex stuff. Also the user still needs to have enough coding knowledge to be able to create that website on his own too because how he is going to fix the bugs and error in the code and how is going to make modifications in the website? All i can see is AI is just reducing the burden of a programmer. He i can use the AI to generate code for the basic stuff and then modify it according to his needs and move on. He don't have to write from scratch. Even a programmer who doesn't have web development knowledge won't be able to create a website from chatgpt.

Don't worry mate keep improving your skill you will always remain in demand. 20 years ago when CMS's came people were saying now front end development will be a thing of past but we still need front end developers & also CMS management has given jobs to so many people. The only thing is you never stop learning. AI is still horrible in mathematics & logic so you will complement the work of AI someday.
