Interesting fact. Al burned his hands badly on the grenade launcher on this scene and went to the hospital. His actress girlfriend at the time was Kathleen Quinlan who screamed at the director Brian Depalma for not schooling Al on safety. Brian said, we figured he knew everything. He’s Al Pacino, the tough guy. Kathleen told Brian, he doesn’t know anything about guns or being tough. He doesn’t even know how to drive a car!

Agree, I like that these outtakes show cases all the different Tony Montanas Moods, like energetic, exhausted and the last original which fits Tony, the rage and outburst to threats which we see through the movie with how he treats threats
Who else got scared by the gunshots 😂
Who really wants to get up and do that every day ? Better than digging holes in the rain ??

Did they use real guns? Because I though all of the sounds and shooting were sfx and special effects

Real guns, but they used blanks bullets, in the scene where tony(alpacino) gets shot at while laying cover Behind that dead guy, he burned his hand while reloading, because the gun was hot
