Because it reminds you of The Graduate.
There are no one who can make this piece in this manner in the whole obesrvable universe. Kyle so Dearly Beloved
I'm at a loss for words. Literally THE MOST beautiful song I have EVER heard.
Oh my gosh, absolutely killed it. I would say that this song could be played by one hand and sound incredible, you added a technical element to it that transformed a simple melody in to a much more dynamically structured masterpiece.
This made me cry....tears of joy! I am a beginning student and I am almost finished with my 1st book. I have just learned this song in its simplest form. Makes me realize it takes a gifted person to play and you my friend are talented and oh so gifted. Thank you for sharing!

it also takes a gifted person to understand the music and feel it by heart. I hope you are still playing...

Hi Jeneen! Hope you're still at it with the piano and still passionate about it. I had to pipe in and comment, even though this is an old post. Certainly not to take away from Kyle's incredible performance of this great song, but all you need to play this and in the way he's so magically playing it, is practice. The worst compliment to me is "You're so talented", and I say this with a smile. My reasoning is no, it's not talent, it's hard freaking work and LOTS of practice and then more and more practice. I understand people mean well when they say it, but it really belittles the hard work and sacrifice one has to put forward to practice a song this much to where you can play it this way. There's no one out there that can read this comment that can't do this exactly like this or better. It's up to that individual and if they settle for basic (quit trying) or give it their all. I've practiced songs for well over a year before posting a video of my attempt and even then wish I hadn't, haha. My favorite quote ever, is; "I can't control how much talent I have, but I can control the effort I make" :)

@@danhoven preeeeach i can confirm. i literally have zero talent and can't play by ear or compose AT ALL, but i'm still able to play difficult pieces just through hours and hours and years of practice.

Please do Bridge Over Troubled Water! I'm part of my high school's choir, and we took a trip to England and Scotland over the summer. The full choir sang Scarborough Fair, and the men's a cappella group sang Bridge Over Troubled Water. It was beautiful, and I loved it so much, and to hear you play it would make me so happy :)
One of the best piano song I have ever listened
'Fantastic' piano playing!!! This guy has an unbelievable talent!!! Thanks for posting!!!

John Ny actualy i think most of his work ( or all) is arranged and transcribed by him and some people can work for years and not be that good at ear work but if you have talent then you will do a better job arranging and stuff.
Beautiful song...
You are enjoying the playing, and are ecstatic about it, that is what I love about any piano player !!!!
Are you going to Scarborough Fair? Parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme

This is my favourite folk song and you've done something so beautiful with it and I'd like to thank you for sharing your talents with the world.
This is so beautiful! I think it's the emotion he puts in the song what makes it special :)
Magnificent ! Such nostalgia, such romantism, it breaks the heart...👏
Brilliant, flowing and beautiful. I am just now learning to play and watching things like this really give inspiration.
My favorite folk song and you have done it all kinds of brilliant justice. Wow. It's intense, swelling and lush where it needs to be but also balanced with mystery and melancholy. It's true to the original nature of the song and you've made use of its potential by drawing it out into a really beautifully realised piece.
Thanks Kyle, one of my favorite folk songs. Right up there with "Oh Shenandoah" and "Hush thee my Dove" (Doesn't matter the genre, can never pick just one)
I am so glad you've done this piece, Kyle. I remember requesting it a few times on your other videos and am so happy to see your composition! Keep up the fantastic work
I am not sure how to express in words how beautiful that song is? Your talents never cease to amaze and surprise me! Thank you for playing it.

Absolutely beautiful and and a fantastic touch in the way you play. Also that is one of the best sounding digital piano I have ever heard!! Well done!
Haunting and beautiful.... Nice playing and a great arrangement with the modulation.
I listen to Skyrim medley all the time, and this is such a brilliant follow up. Your playing always inspires me. I wish I was musical, I draw… but music always makes me want to illustrate. The emotion of sound fuels my creative spark, and rarely is it moved like this. Truly awesome stuff man!
