Sorry, i did a mistake, good comment on the wrong video. This video is only the instrumental i did for two young pupils of mine who sing the song "Scarborough fair/Canticle" (not only "Scarborough fair"). It's a pity that never the original lyrics are used. They can be find on en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scarborough_Fair_(ballad). It's is about a man who ask three impossible things from a woman to prove that she is 'a true love' of him. In reply she asks three even impossible thing from him to prove that he is a 'true lover' of her. It should be sung by a man (first four verses) and than by a woman (last six verses).

Bonsoir Marie, a priori il n'y a pas de problème à utiliser ce type d'oeuvre si vous êtes une association à but non lucratif, d'autant plus que cette chanson est d'inspiration traditionnelle et son origine se perd dans les abysses du moyen âge anglais. Seul le texte en superposition sur les derniers couplets (Canticle), traitant de la guerre a été écrit par Art Garfunkel en 1963. L'arrangement date lui de 1965 (de M. Carthy). Pour être tatillon, les droits d'auteurs et d'arrangeurs (Garfunkel et Carthy) courent 70 après la mort des ayants droit, ceux-ci étant toujours vivants. Si votre vidéo est hébergée chez KZread ou Dailymotion, vous ne vous exposez qu'à un écran publicitaire tout au plus. Merci d'avoir demandé l'autorisation. PS, je dispose de l'audio wave et mp3 si vous souhaitez une meilleure qualité sonore.

Nos documentaires passent dans des milieux associatifs, des programmations "non commerciales" de certains cinémas arts et essais, des centres de documentation, des lycées agricoles, et sont parfois retenus dans les programmations de festivals de cinémas documentaires comme "caméra des champs".
