Not over, with. I'm sure that sound engineers worked a little bit of magic, but the young ladies have amazing voices, and Sina is a talented drummer. If you haven't heard it, listen to Jayden and Sina do Runaway by the Corrs. Emily Linge is the star on that song.

I grew up in Yorkshire - not far from Scarborough and somehow Simon and Garfunkel captured this centuries old song and placed it perfectly in Southern California. So many good sounds came from there in the sixties [I know S&G are from the NY] - what amazing times - I would loved to have been at Monterey. I finally got to LA in the eighties - a little too late, but stayed for a year and made lifelong friends with Californians.

Sina & her drums = wowsome !! 💕💕💕 Jadyn & her voice = angelic 💕💕💕 Charlotte took this song to another level 💕💕💕 The rendition is flawless !

71 here and I feel the same. We used this for canon practice at school music lessons before Simon and Garfunkel [what a brilliant pair of singer songwriters - so sad we don't hear much of that kind of music any more] but the song actually goes back centuries through many forms.

This is my 3rd time visiting this video. I'm 74, an older rocker, but "Scarborough Fair" has been my favoririte song ever, so beautiful that to this day it brings tears to my eyes. These young ladies perform it perfectly. Thank you.

It is clearly an English folk-song as Scarborough is in north Yorkshire which i can assure you seeing im from Harrogate The actual fair at Scarborough was an annual trading fair which lasted for 45 days starting on August 15. It was granted a charter in 1253, and ran until 1788 when competition from other fairs made it untenable. Traditionally, the herbs in the song have the following associations: parsley - festivity sage - wisdom & immortality rosemary - remembrance thyme - courage & strength

I may be wrong but surely this song is about a dying English soldier. who else would say remember me to the one who lived there? he's giving her all these impossible tasks - knowing he is dying and will never see again. that's my two pennies worth anyway.

Never thought anyone can do it as good as Simon & Garfunkle. But these young ladies did it. And all the songs they do. You ladies are blessed...

Sina and Jayden...I am a pianist and performed Scarborough Fair/Canticle with my mom on back to back Steinways when I was 14. She passed a few years later from cancer at 49. I cried when I watched this. You are both incredible musicians and your version was so intense. Thank you for doing this!🌹🌟

What great new life they've given this song! How beautifully it's been put together and they've never even met.

When you old and memories of this song takes you back to your youth lost in time…these girls are angels calling…I wept

It is a blessing that young people are involved in something so constructive

I absolutely love this rendition of the English classic. Sina does a phenomenal job, as usual, and her dad does an equally outstanding job on the guitar licks. Jadyn is an up and coming star and this song helps her on that path. I was most surprised by Charlotte Zone. She really shows here what an outstanding range she has - her voice is so pretty whether she’s singing high or lows. She also has such a charismatic manner in her delivery.

I know what you mean. When I saw the YT suggestion for this, I thought, alright but i know it's not going to be that good. Then BAM! I was blown away by how they captured the spirit of the song and updated it a bit with those awesome drum rifts. I actually liked it better than the original.

I agree, My favorite S&G tune for the complexity of it, They nailed it, i cant wait to hear them as voices mature but overall the drums were so tastefully done and the guitar was there but superb :)

I've heard this song so many times I thought I'd never want to hear it again. Until now! Great!!!

I've got the original sitting on another computer about 3 feet from me, and just listened to it again (which probably makes the 50th time I've heard it), and I seriously don't think it could be done better than this current collaboration (the 3 young women plus Mike and Rick)! And I've *never* heard the counterpoint brought so far forward, and so well, as Char's work here. I now love singing just that part, when replaying. I well-know how awesome Charlotte and Sina are, but this is my first real exposure to Jadyn, crushing the lead! Wow to them all.
