This is my favorite metal album across genres. The musicianship is incredible.

This album convinced me to try seven string guitars and I've never gone back. Absolute masterpiece 👌

Ghost Prototype I still hits like the first time, like how I discovered this amazing band, like how a perfect melodic metal song should sound like. Flawless.

For me, Holographic Universe is the best album you guys have ever created! This is a 10/10 and one of the best Melodic Death Metal albums ever! 💯 Hails from Germany! 🥰🤘

There aren't many LPs I can listen to and know from the first to the last track. This is such an LP ❤

The reason I got a 7 string and haven't played a standard 6 string since. Album is perfect front to back. Thank you Scar Symmetry for this masterpiece.

god this album is so good

One of my favourite albums ever. Completely amazing - an album you can listen to from start to finish and not have to skip any tracks. Songwriting is spot on and the production is incredible too.

some incredibly elegant writing, melodies and hamonies for days and days, riffs are thicc and catchy, vocals mix cleans and screams nicely and the overall production really elevates this to being an absolutely awesome record; I really love it!

Damn, I can't get over how great Jonas Kjellgren's soloing was. Per we can take for granted because he's not going anywhere, but it'd really be awesome if they could get Jonas back someday, he was a kickass writer and soloist

Probably the album I listened the most to in my entire life. Back then in 2008 this was nothing short of pure magic. No better feeling than blasting the verse of "The Missing Coordinates" on a car ride with buddies XD Everything is great about this: The album cover still freaks me out, the songs were polished to perfection (in a good sense), and songs like Morphogenesis, Quantumleaper, Ghost prototype I etc. are still unmatched by anything that came in their subsequent career (But don't misunderstand: I DO like everything the guys have put out afterwards).

This slaps just like the very 1st time I listened to the whole thing, what a beatifully well crafted album, Ghost Prototype II what an amazing closing track. It takes me back to my teenage years.💯

This album came out just as I arrived in Sweden for the first time of many over the years. I had a great bunch of mates who were so welcoming and accommodating for an Aussie metalhead and this album will always make me think of them all and be thankful for those times :)

Honestly one of my favourite albums of all time! Sadly I lived for two years in Sweden and Scar Symmetry wasn't touring at the time. Hope to see these guys on the road in Canada soon!!!

Respect to the replacement vocalists for giving it their all. It's been commendable and I respect their work. That being said, they're just not Christian. I really wish they'd put aside whatever their differences were and make more magic. One can dream...

Still one of the best albums of the genre (as in, broad melodeath) and arguably the best Scar Symmetry's album. Deus ex Machina is literally hard to believe it exists, one of the most perfect songs I know of, it's absolutely comparable to the best CoB and In Flames compositions if not superior even in some regards.

One of the best albums of all time. And sadly, one of the least known compared to how great it is. Hard to pick a favorite, but after countless plays I think Artificial Sun Projection is the one, although ghost prototype 1 is right up there too

This Album is great but bittersweet. Because, short after this Release, Christian Älvestam left the Band. And everything the Band released afterwards, was "Shit". For myself, i was always on the Side of the 2 new Singers. Dark Matter Dimensions became the less love. But nontheless, Holographic Universe is Scar Symmetrys biggest Album

I listen again from teenagers. Still great album. Welcome back
