È tutto relativo a come vengono mantenuti e da quanto uno vuole continuare a spenderci sopra potrebbero essere dai 10 ai 15 anni in alcuni casi esasperati anche 20 anni...

Il mio povero babbo alle cave di Carrara ci andava negli anni 60 con i camion dell'epoca, senza servosterzo o altro. Con i mezzi di adesso si corrono sicuramente meno rischi

Yes, yes there is: At the point where the rock is being cut out, you place 2 anchor points where the aerial tramway ends at one point (two points, so that it can adjust back and forth along the slope). At the other opposite side of the valley, you have the third anchor point where the aerial tramway is supported. Between the two you have 3 cables meeting in the middle, and at that middle, a hook is placed, and the load is attached to that hook. All three anchor points have a massive electric winch, and all 3 winches are computer-controlled together to lift and lower the multi-ton load. This would allow the blocks to be lowered to the valley between the two mountains, and from there the truck would then carry the load on roads that are far less dangerous.

А він на задньої з'їжав і з таких гірок "на одних тормозах" не з'їжають,просто включають або 1 ,або з.х і тормозять комбіновано і мотором і підтормажують "педалькой".☺

@@user-st7of9tk4kурал не назовешь опасным. На современных машинах он продолевается совершенно спокойно. Здесь перепады высот просто кошмарные, плюс дорога узенькая.

Instead of using a truck to move the marble down the slope, why not just use an aerial tramway instead? It would be cheaper, faster, way safer, and there would be no need to constantly be re-adjusting the road as the rock is cut out from the mountainside.

It is definately a 8x8, see the drivetrain at 0:52. You canb also see that the front wheels are rotating, while in the air.
