He totally does. Thats why he didnt report the man stealing from them multiple times. He is a part of the problem and did not deserve a promotion and probably would've been fired also. No employer wants to have somebody working for then that will just let people steal from them or customers.

You should understand the importance of seniors because they might just save your life and don’t steal from them because they can easily figure it out sometimes even if they do forget they will have at least a Camera or some thing to move your tape it in case they forget they can look at what happened in case they feel like they’re missing something so I don’t recommend stealing from them because they can get big payback Especially on your current career as a caretaker for senior at home
