Hi
To be fair, the trolls are different, all the hot wheels were different, and you got two different Carebear‘s. I know there were several duplicates of other things and the ratio is bad, but several of them were not true duplicates. And the fact that you can take the hot wheels and other toys out of the packaging without destroying the packaging is major points

There’s also the fact that the list is not everything available in the blind boxes. I think only about 30 are available in blind box form, so she actually did pretty well on the duplicate situation. Now, being that World’s Smallest also sells all those toys individually in normal “see what you’re getting” packaging, I don’t buy the blind boxes. The whole point of the blind box is the element of surprise, and duplicates is the gamble you take.

@@kennymartin5976 it kinda saves them money and time with having to remove over 100 items and shrinking the pamphlets down and considering she got three of the kuplunk thingys she should’ve thought about how they probably make millions of each product and seeing ans there’s only about 140 the odds are not that far It’s more likely to get a duplicate rather than a different one since the odds are 1000000/140
I had colorforms as a kid in the 70's. They were popular because they would stick to a smooth surface like a sticker, but can easily peel off and reuse. It came with a background that you could use to make characters like the dragon, and then take them off and start again. I loved them. They still sell updated versions with popular cartoon characters instead of shapes.

One thing I want to say, is that seeing packages opened, there are two options that shouldn't count against the company that makes these. If they came from a retail store, people absolutely crack the seals on these things to cheat the system and get the things they want. If they came from an online retailer, there is a possibility they did the same, in order to pick out the rarer)more desirable toys out to sell for a higher profit elsewhere. I used to work for a major dollar store here in Canada, and we had a hell of a time with people doing exactly this, so your luck or lack thereof may be being skewed by other factors

The World's Smallest has been around for a really long time. But it started out as buying items you could pick out and knew what you get. The mystery ones are more on the new side as far as I'm aware. I've only bought the ones you pick out exactly what you want. The year before last I got the mini Stretch Armstrong that was pretty cool. So as much as people like the mystery aspect of things. Maybe you can also pick out a few you'd specifically like if you do this again.

Love the unboxings but to call these a scam is kind of misleading lol, it’s a mystery box so doubles happens… idk I think they’re neat ! Anyways hope to see more blind box unboxings ! ❤️
Jackie was so incredibly harsh on these toys. Worlds smallest have been around for a long time, and she was complaining about doubles while many of them were color variants, which are usually sought out. Rarer items of course are smallest quantity and with a company as detailed and physically useable, can you blame them for making the rarer toys harder to get?? She also shouldn’t judge a toy based off of its design and wrapping. Companies don’t always control the wrapping and they get what they can get, and honestly the packaging is meant to look retro and somewhat basic. It leaves a whole surprise list inside. That’s part of the excitement tbh. I just feel like she shouldn’t judge the company so harshly because of doubles when… it’s all blind boxes. That’s the nature of them. She should buy a bunch of the worlds smallest toys that aren’t blind boxed. Drag me in the replies if you want for a long comment but it just seemed very… entitled ISNT the word I mean but it’s close to it. Spending loads of money on amazing toys that I can’t even afford one of these days, only to be mad about the ones received. I hope she gives them another chance.

Considering a lot of your boxes weren’t sealed, I’m going to guess someone popped them open and took a feel to guess what was in them and took their pick. You also have to understand that random chance simply doesn’t work the way people think. You have an equal chance of getting any item, assuming there aren’t rarities or some other factor in play. Which means they every box you open has an equal chance of being a kerplunk or care bear as the last box you opened. Just because you’ve already gotten one doesn’t mean you’re any less likely to get one the next time.

I've bought these since they first came out. The paper shows previous releases AND the ones that come in packages that aren't blind. So true.
Calling it a scam is harsh considering the doubles aren't that much (all hot wheels are different and the trolls, two types of carebears, etc). I think due to the high amount of items there's probably a bigger chance of getting the same type of item if you buy it from the same store, as the products probably come from the same storage places and these are possibly specialized by items or something. These seem high quality! Love the fact that you can play the games, it's not just decoration. A pity about the lava lamp though

Also, if I’m not mistaken, you can actually get World’s Smallest items outside of blind boxes. I know I’ve seen the Etch-a-Sketch outside of a blind box. Or at least you used to be able to. Multiples are inevitable with blind boxes. Over 140 items sure, but millions are made and sold. Plus that 140+ includes color/style variations. Sure some of the quality is lacking (leaking lava lamp), but the fact that you can actually play Scrabble and the fact the Hotwheels are probably still made out of metal… mini brands doesn’t even come close. If I was into these things, this is the brand I would probably go with.

@@CelticStar87 I've seen mini arcade games that really work (or that's what they say; I haven't bought them) at Cracker Barrel restaurants (they have little country stores attached), but they're like $22-25 or so each. They might be bigger than the ones in the video, but it's still expensive. Almost everything in the US is terribly overpriced (things were often overpriced before, but it's beyond ridiculous now), and I'm not buying all their reasons. I think almost all of it comes down to greed and power.
@CelticStar87
Жыл бұрын
@@EclecticGreyWitch I don’t usually venture into the toy section at Cracker Barrel much. Blind boxes aren’t as much as scam as they are a legalized form of gambling. Yes, things are overpriced, but as consumers, people choose what they spend their money on and if people are continuing to purchase at high prices companies will continue to charge those high prices. But there is also a difference in buying the $20-$25 arcade machine than spending the same amount in blind boxes and getting stuff you don’t want.
These seem like really cute, well-made toys. Far better than Mini-Brands and it's sad to see them reviewed so negatively. At least half of your boxes were already open which means they were 100% tampered with. One of the risks of ordering online unfortunately, normally if you're buying these blind boxes in person and they're open you should just leave them because it's guaranteed someone has picked over them, picked out the best ones and left all the duplicate "rubbish" behind.

I really don't think this is a scam, some of the items you got were absolutely adorable, and the quality looked really high! I think it was just bad luck that you got some doubles
The reason you usually get doubles is probably because the factory makes probably like five or six different types of toys in a batch and send them in groups to different stores. This usually makes enough variety because people usually won’t buy more than three or four, and it’s more efficient for the factory than making 140 individual toys in a batch and trying to wrangle them all together. I know it’s easy to be hard on these companies, but you need to take into account that people usually won’t buy more than two or three at a time.

They aren't really a scam just because you happen to get doubles. It seems as if someone opened them to get specific toys.
If it hasn't been mentioned, the Bakugan toy is "activated" by metal. It has a magnetic release so that if it gets close enough, the transformed character pops out. I guess they make cards that go with them so a kid could toss them and land on the card and be "activated," similar to a Pokemon ball being tossed/creature released. I hope that helps! 😊

USA person here. I had Colorforms when I was young in the 70s. The shapes stick to the board without tape or glue and can be repositioned and reused, so, yes, the parts were suppose to come loose. You're toy isn't broken. You can make the designs that were on the fold out page. Have fun!!
I'm not sure exactly who you're buying from but if it's from resellers, I think the collectors weigh out packaging and keep anything that is different weights because they will most likely be different and that's one of the reasons buyers end up with lots of doubles/repeats.
It's one thing to guesstimate if something like a mystery miniature toy is worth your cash or not, but I think, compared to the earlier miniature toys you've unboxed, the fact that these were actually functional is a big deal. Making a mini toy with different materials, recognizable paint jobs, or functioning mechanics requires basically the same amount of work as making the real-size version, so it makes sense it's pricier than a printed cardboard box, or a mini toy which is basically just cast single piece of plastic. And to be fair, the colours were different even in the ones, which were doubles. I think some of these were actually pretty cool. I love the camera, and the Hot wheels. I hated the Trolls with a passion back when they were fashionable, but I used to live Care bears (the plushies were my least favourite of the whole set, though).
Jackie, when you were opening those little toys the little alligator one you were looking at you can get on timu for $4.59 I believe it was. I just wanted to let you know so some of these things you can actually get cheaper than what they're being offered to in these little mystery boxes.

Worlds Smallest is a great brand! But they weren't meant to compete with the Mini Brands, which is why the included pamphlet is NOT a "series checklist". It's basically a miniature catalog of EVERYTHING they sell. So most of them are actually not in the blind boxes at all. I personally recommend the arcade machines- I found the tabletop Pac-man on Amazon and it was totally worth every penny ❤

My mom has gotten many of them and has them set out for her grandkids to play with when they are at her place. I have several things too that she has ordered for me. They are really fun to play with. I have to say, while they are pricey, these are a lot better quality wise compared to the other miniatures I've seen you open. I really don't think they're that bad or a 'scam'. I do think that someone somewhere opened up a bunch of the box ones though, which is a shame. Regardless, I hope you give these a try again in the future, I quite enjoyed watching you open them. These are NOT a scam. Gambling maybe, like any blind box, but not a scam. They do all work, as claimed. 5 dollars more or less here per box. And the page never claimed you could get any of those in that particular box. It's the same kind of insert that comes with pokemon toys. Where they show other stuff you can buy. I give my doubles to friends. I have a handful of these, and my favorite is the world's smallest blower. It's USB and has saved me a ton of money on cans of air. Very hard to find cheap, air blowers.
I love it when she throws the trash behind her pauses for a moment and nods her head like "good." Lol
I used to have one of those marble stick things. The marbles were bees and the actual base was a tree. This brings back memories!
Jackie, as much I love watching your videos... I must disagree with you on lots of things. Firstly, items are made in such good quality and they are functional. I mean it, FUNCTIONAL. Which I believe it justifies the price. And secondly, the chances on items are not what you think. Despite being hundred options, companies put in one box of items at least few if them have some equal chances, if you want more variety surprises , I recommend getting from different shops because if you buy box of them from one location, You are guaranteed to get doubles. So please Jackie, don't expect having everything in your way. I'll add that some boxes weren't sealed like others is a red flag. Research on items is also good to make a proper review on items as well educating yourself. It pains Mr a lot seeing you so quick to react and brash out, without being considerate and understanding of what is happening.
@nikkienix884

I also think they get a lot of items from online sellers such as amazon/eBay which that way you are guaranteed to get doubles and more because a lot of online sellers are collectors that weigh these products and feel for new items and if they know they are doubles they will resell them on amazon ebay etsy and more and if you are buying a bunch from one seller it's most likely a guarantee that you'll have doubles, triples, and more. But I really don't think they got a bad selection in this video. A lot of the "doubles" were different variations.
I kind of feel that the repeat problem could also be originated from the store you’re buying, like not the one store in specific but rather the store buys them in bulk and rather than mixing up the order in which they pick them they’re going in order which makes it all repeats
I'm like 2/3 of the way into the video and it's in no way a scam, Jackie click baited us 😂😂😂
I have the kerplunk game! One thing to put to mind is that sometimes you will need to place a stick somewhere else because, if you place it wrong, the marbles will fall :)
With the boxes, the seller scammed you. They open the boxes and feel through the bags for arcade games and other valuables to collect or re-sell. You got the left over items that are easy to recognize.
I love world's smallest toys and have a little collection myself. What's on the box pictures is all you get I believe and they tend to have one "mystery" item not shown on the box. Their mystery packages have different series as well. I agree they should have a less misleading pamphlet on the inside, but in their defense it's to show the other miniature toys they have made. You can also purchase all their mini toys separately knowing what you're receiving inside. (For instance you can buy the magic eight ball on its own instead of finding it in a mystery box) Hope this helps. 😊

I searched for this comment. Just so I wouldn't repeat this. Worlds smallest releases small portions of their pamphlet and slowly adds more each "series" they show everything available because you can go on their website and buy the previously released options. But you still get lots of variety of the games, figures, and misc other products. They are amazingly well made and I always love getting a couple Bo es myself

You can get things not on the box as well. But different dates, shapes and sizes of packages can determine things you can and can't get.
Her : get your mind out of the guter Also her : that’s what she said!
Doubles are disappointing, but doesn't make it a scam
I really like your content but sometimes you can go a bit overboard with details. I get you were disappointed about getting repeats and such, but I feel like calling it a scam it's a bit too much; considering some of the packages were opened it's probable people felt the packaging inside and took the "interesting" ones, not a fault of the company (since it's out of their hands, they only produce the items) but of the store. Obviously you should judge products that have way too many repeats and such, but also check details like, were the box sealed? before calling the whole thing a scam. Edit: Also a bunch of the "repeats" you got were different, like the Carebears or the Hotwheels, lol, I get the trolls since they're more similar to each other, but even those are different.
That pamphlet was actually showing all the product’s they make, not which ones you can get! 😅

Ha ha, I love you Jackie.. but you were extra salty this go round. I was laughing the whole time! 😛 Truthfully unless you buy a whole case the company can’t help how many of the same products you get. There’s no way for them to do anything assuring you don’t get matches when you buy just several random boxes. Even if you buy a whole case they still probably can’t guarantee it unless they go through the process of making sure each case only has one of each product they provide. That would be too time consuming & cost them money, so I doubt many do that. At least you didn’t get 7-8 matches like in the fidget toy deal that one time. 🤣 And the little toys were good quality at least. I would’ve wanted that magic 8 ball myself! 😋
OMG I loved Colorforms! I used to play with a set as a kids. They stick to stuff.
24:58 I love Trolls. You must not fault them too much for showing their entire collections on the pamphlet... And there are non-blind-boxes too...

Don't companies like this cycle through which things get mass produced? I'm pretty sure that's why, despite hundreds of options, you get doubles when you bulk buy them. It would probably work out better too get like 5 a piece of something from multiple locations but even still those could potentially be from the same batch
Jackie unlocked a memory for me. The colorforms I wanna say was a magnet thing so you could make faces and stuff. I had completely forgotten about that toy I had as a small grain in the 90’s.
8:52 the blank picture is actually more realistic and looks better compared to putting a picture on it. thats how polaroid pictures look like when they first come out
Colorforms were one of my favorite toys! They were reusable vinyl stickers that you would put on a scene. I had a Cinderella set that had several empty scene pages and then lots of the reusable stickers to play with on the scene pages.

Colorforms were basically reusable stickers (vinyl) and usually came with a background to go with the theme. Some that I remember my siblings and I had were a barnyard with farm animals, a house with a family and furniture, and a castle with a royal family, knights, and dragons. So much fun!

The Colorforms that Jackie got were a copy of the very first Colorforms released. Originally that were all just shapes and a black background, but then they grew to include scenes. In the 60's one of my favorites was a kitchen. The fridge, oven and cupboards all opened and the vinyl stickers were a combination of plates, cups, cookware and food. It was made unbelievably well. As with most toys, as the years went by, they got cheaper and cheaper and less fun to play with.
Jackie: “I think I’ll do a ball one next” Also Jackie: continues to do the boxes
These are so cool! I love how interactive they are instead of just packaging like mini brands! Love ya Jackie!!
I disagree, I think these seen like great toys. Duplicates always happen with Random Chance items. Just because you got one care bear doesn’t make it any less likely that you’ll get another care bear. Each ball has the same chance of being a care bear/troll/hot wheel. I also don’t count variations of items as duplicates, so to me you didn’t get too many duplicates. ❤️

The biggest thing with this company is I believe the mystery packs came second. They sell each item individually. You can buy each of the items that you want
your standards are too high, I thought those were fire, even the "doubles" were different variations, most other mini products only make one of each thing and the toys not only work but you can put them back in their tiny package forever, like best of both worlds, you get to have your cake and eat it, man, that's bomb
i actually love the mini Hot Wheels!😁
Jackie I love your videos!! You can buy these Worlds Smallest toys and games in individual packs that aren’t blind packs and you know what you’re getting. I have a collection of my favorite games but I never got these in a blind package. Same price too and you know what you’re getting

Jackie, the Polaroid would have been cute with a secret picture, but I can see SaltEcrafter getting mad in that scenario, because when Polaroids come out of the camera, it’s black. It has to load first.

@2:27 the picture of my little pony on the ball, it looks like it is pooping out his tail, lol. Shhhhh, lol.
If you think it’s important to perfectly get the ones you want without doubles, then buy something that shows what’s inside. I’d never touch these but if they sold them so i could visibly choose, i might.
Those trolls were popular when I was in school in the 80s. They made them so you could put them on pencils, over the eraser. You could take the pencil/troll contraption you made and put it between the palms of your hands and roll it back and forth really fast. The troll's hair would fluff out and stick out everywhere. Then, you could slick the troll's hair back and do it all over again. We were really easy to please, back then, apparently, lol. It did help pass time in school during the dreaded "study hall" class. That was the longest class. People also took trolls to Bingo halls where they would use them as "good luck" charms. People use the strangest things as good luck items when playing Bingo. It's fun to listen to their reasons why each thing is "lucky."
I've seen these in stores, but not as mystery boxes. It's nice because you can pick what you get and don't have to worry about duplicates.
I have a bunch of World's Smallest. But I haven't bought any blind boxes. They sell them in normal clear plastic clamshell packaging where you can see what you're buying. They started packaging them in blind boxes after they'd been around for awhile, but as far as I can tell, there's nothing exclusive to the blind boxes. So you're way better off buying the non-blind versions. And, no, everything on the pamphlet can be found in blind boxes. It just shows all their current products.
@ShortyBoo482

It won't let me edit, but I meant to say that not everything on the pamphlet can be found in theblind boxes.
My sister has vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles trolls and she has all the boys. They also come with all there weapons as well! Love your videos and you 💕
Hey Jackie the reason why there are doubles is because usually there are tree of the same thing in one box so there's a fair chance for everyone
Jackie: I want kerplunk Gets kerplunk Jackie: I need more straws Gets more straws Jackie: NOOOOOOO!!!!
You can always use the extra balls and sticks from the extra kerplunks in the first one
Oh my gosh view finders!!! I remember loving those as a small little grain. I used to have a huge collection of them!
I don't think the problem is lack of variety but how they are shipped. If they are bought in stores they are usually shipped in display boxes and not individually so i think duplicates are more likely to happen that way because of them being grabbed from the same lot. They don't expect people to buy so many at once.
The video already seems soo fun! Can't wait to finish it! Thank you Jackie for making our day better everytime . We all love you!

I love Bakugans, I think I have up to maybe 50 of them when they were popular as well as the tv shows too 🥰🥰🥰
I had one of those colorforms minis when I was a kid! Like it was that size and everything. You can take the little stickers and make the pictures they show you or come up with your own.
I personally like world’s smallest the best. Definitely pricey. Love your videos. They always make me laugh!!! 💕🤣 Colorforms we’re popular when I was a kid. The vinyl cutouts were used to stick on the cardboard and were reusable 😀
Jackie!! You should definitely try the worlds smallest that you can choose yourself 😧 they make packaged worlds smallest that you could actually choose what you get. You should definitely try the mini arcades 😁
also important to keep in mind that normally people dont buy a bunch of the toys all at once, so expecting a different one each item you open is unrealistic as they are mystery boxes
I collect troll dolls, from the 60’s all the way to the 90’s I’ll gladly take them!
Color forms was something we used in school. It was a geometry teaching tool. The shapes were made out of foam. You take the shapes and make pictures out of them. The vinyl popping off of the black is how your store them. You put them back on the black.
Hey Jackie. I played with the color forms late 70's and yesterday. My sister found several at dollar tree in the form of travel board games. She gave me Battle ship, Candy Land, Sorry and I can't remember the last one. But that was a blast from the past. I actually couldn't remember the name, color forms. I'm glad you helped me with remembering that. Always a joy watching your shows. Stay salty...
I loved playing with color forms in the 80’s. I had cabbage patch kids ones. They were amazing.
The color forms was a creative shape learning tool we used in elementary school. The pictures were like guides to make out of the shapes, or you could create something of your own. Very neat for littles.
I dont think this was a scam I've had lots of experinces with Worlds Smallest and they all worked Also maybe someone was trying to steal them because they werent sealed?
As soon as I seen those boxes I instantly knew those were tampered with. Also I’ve see word smallest toy around without the blind boxes or in those balls So I was quite surprised to see them in those. And by scam,,,ehh I don’t think that completely true considering how the boxes looks. I am quite surprised you never heard of them since they’re very popular here in the US and a few other places. Overall nice video!! But I recommend either get them without the blind boxes/balls for a better experience ^^
I absolutely had that lava lamp and those mini board games with magnetic pieces in my childhood. It’s really interesting to see them in this context!
Colorforms were wildly popular in the 1970s - and you can still get them. The bright colored vinyl shapes can be stuck to and repositioned on the black background and put back to do it again another day. They are awesome for budding creativity.
I don't know if they still sell them, but World's Smallest Toys at least used to sell their toys in non-mystery box versions. I specifically remember seeing the Etch-A-Sketch, Magic 8-Ball, and some of the other toys just in packages where you could pick out exactly what toy you wanted. So FYI for any collecting and searching!
I love that you do this so we don't have to. But I agree with some of the others someone probably opened the box and felt around and took the one they most desired.
Jackie, these are dope. I saw your video and realized these would be perfect as a shop item for my summer camp students' desk pets. My students have little mochi pets that live on their desk (with a tiny home) that they earn "money" for by following group expectations. I normally have stuff like food erasers in the store, but these and the mini brands toys had me add an entertainment section to the store and they love it. They definitely prefer the world's smallest brand over the mini brands ones since they're functional 💕💖💕
I like these because you can in fact buy the options you want without it being a mystery
My personal opinion is they are much cooler then mini brands. I’ve been collecting them for awhile now. Also I believe some of them you do have to buy individually.
You probably already know at this point but the toys come in different categories, like they are sold in different packaging like different editions/types. Im really bad at explaining but for example the big arcade game ones come in their own packaging and you can choose which one you are buying , the balls and boxes have different types . Sometimes the toys come single and are not mystery packs(I've seen the 8ball, barbie dream house, and uno cards like this.) the toybox style are all different. I really like how many options there are its so fun
I reckon that all the unsealed boxes had been opened and ppl had felt for the toys they want hence the number of doubles etc as it’s easy to feel if it’s a bear or keep link etc.
