i wanna tell incident that happened with me few days back, there was some person they called my father and told that metre no are changing all over delhi so you have to pay small fees to change the metre no and he told to download some app and took remote access by that app and told to download bses app and recharge for 13 rs. He told to pay those amount from card therefore we paid it. After paying the amount he got the card details and also got otp as they have remote access of my phone. He withdraw 16k rupees from my father's account. Therefore i just want to aware people by this comment that this type of scam also happen se be aware. thanks

The other common scam is related to online work where they give impossible tasks like data entry, promising huge amounts of money. If the person fails to do the job properly at the allotted time, they threaten them with the legal action. The person usually panics and pays them the so-called penalty money 😢

I once got a call from someone sounding like customer service. My just recharged phone balance showed in negative at the end of the incoming call. Cues to identify such fraud calls: 1. These people won't let the other person speak. 2. They sound mechanical but if you have heard customer service calls beforehand, you will be able to identify that the people in these calls overuse certain words, or mispronounce certain words, or use incorrect words which would not otherwise be allowed in a call operating from a professional institution

I wanna say, it's the failure of the cyber crime department, once a case registered it will take years to resolve. That's why it's getting harder to trace scammers they find ways to get away. only the victim gets questioned!!!!
