I agree, just last night i discovered this. Exact same to same like your incident it happened with me. Went on redeeming 6-7k i had spent on subscriptions, as now they do raffles every-night. And in the end the result was same. Biggest flaw is that on their website there is no way to see you credit. All their prices are anyways 2x market prices. Overall, quite a rubbish platform and store. One should not be lured towards participating.

Just as far as I remember when first metro was launched they had mentioned 7/10k orders you can redeem the store credit but i guess bro you are comparing wrong things when you compare vegnonveg and mainstreet, vegnonveg are free to enter raffles if you win , you have to pay retail and get the shoes, in mainstreet if you enter a raffle you get the shoe for free (essentially those 1000/3000rs) and you don’t have to pay anything more maximum 200-300rs shipping, yeah their terms to store credit is high but then honestly unless you really shop a lott once you enter tue raffle money is lost you have to read carefully before entering

Ive got scammed too. I ordered a shoe it was in cod but there wws something else in the box and when i called the delivery boy he said to go to the office. I reached the office and then the staff said there's no refund/refund form these websites. They only return stuffs from recognised companion like myntra, flipcart. Btw nice video. Others wont get sammed. Nice job. And ya i got veryyyyy cheap shoes. It looked like 200rs max. I dint threw it but instead i gave it to a need person nere the street.💪🏿
