1. Moisturize scalp with oil at least once a week 2. Massage scalp for 5-10 minutes at least once a week 3. Wash hair with sulfate free shampoo regularly to cleanse scalp and hair of product buildup 4. Exfoliate scalp with exfoliating shampoo to get rid of dead skin cells and bacteria at least once a month 5. Do not wash hair with hot water and try to air dry hair
Congratulations on your engagement!

El Tu thank you so much!
Love your natural hair videos! ♥️ I exfoliate my scalp every second wash day with brown sugar, apple cider vinegar and few drops of essential oil and it makes my hair feel so extremly soft 😍 Didn't know there are shampoo exfoliators on the market 😲

Bennisse Makambu thank you so much for watching!! That sounds like a bomb combo and a good routine!
This is a great video! I'm reading the Science of Black hair (only a few chapters in) and the book touches on this topic - how a healthy scalp equals hair. I just discovered your channel and am loving it so far! Very helpful and informative videos!

Aw yayy! That makes me happy. Thank you so so much for watching, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
I started using the jbco you recommended in the video with your favorites (I think). I actually love it! The strong scent lets me know it’s working lol. I feel like I have noticed a difference in my edges, and my hairstylist noticed more length.

Day 4🙌🏾! How small were the twists? And do sleep the same as your previous routine by pulling it up pineapple style and sleeping on your satin pillowcase? I love it! Thanks for the great education!

Thank you so much! I appreciate it :)
thank you so much for the information and options 💕 but I have a question. So I've been using JBCO, and I started experiencing itchy scalp... And I was asking if that's normal? I searched it up on google and it said that it means it's working but I'm confused so I wanted to know if you could answer my question since you use JBCO . thanks in advance ❤️
Can you make on video on proper edge care? I use to get really tight hairstyles that damaged my edges. I've stopped but they really haven't recovered and am at a loss on how to restore them.

Rosemary oil will 100% help hair growth. I use it on my edges everyday. I’ll mix it with my lavender JBCO. Grapefruit oil works for hair growth as well.
I have similar routine without the pH products or the exfoliates. Do you use any hair masks? I never know if I should condition before/after.

Ayola Gur I do! My favorite is the Innersense hair masque!

I can attest to Aisha's choice in Innersense Hydrating Mask. A little goes a long way....such a luxurious hair treat. You don't need to deep condition & use conditioner during same wash. You can either alternate between the 2 on a weekly/bi-wkly/mo. basis or use just one. The goal of a mask is to repair & restore either dry, damaged and/ super low porosity hair, while a conditioner is help add luster, moisture & with detangling by softening & smoothing hair.
Do you have any suggestions on an exfoliating scalp mask?

Jesus love you, he died on the cross for you, accept him as your lord and savior he can change everything. For God so loved the world that he gave his only son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life" (Jn 3:16" But you must repent too. From that time Jesus went about preaching and saying, Let your hearts be turned from sin, for the kingdom of heaven is near. (Matthew 4:17)#
