Top 10 tips for scaling Tip 01: be conservative when starting up; don't die in the beginning, save the money and don't over spend it. Tip 02: hire people that are different and better than yourself. Tip 03: build systems as soon as possible; for the better people you have hired. Tip 04: do one thing really well, before moving to the next thing. Tip 05: pick a few battle, core competitive advantage. Tip 06: let a 100 flowers blossom first. Tip 07 : Take your best shot. Take the money, think like a baker, not an eater. Tip 08: use social media for marketing. Tip 09: Focus on Sales, it's all about sales, sales fixes everything Tip 10: if you're not the best leader, step aside.

When I hired my team, I hired better than myself. Everyone was telling me not to, because I'd lose my job. I found that mentality befuddling.

"people who declare i shouldn't be unprofessional are the real unprofessional people" "people shouldn't declare publicly that they are idiots" so if a waiter drops your food on the ground picks it up, and puts it back on your plate, and serves it to you, you would be the one in the wrong for complaigning and telling them how to do their job? you are using the word idiot in a very technical sense. you mean it as a person who wont take part in politics, though they ironically are against your statement. but your position meanwhile is stupid. by expressing political views on a ostensibly non-political brand you are alienating part of your potential market. if you write bible verses or references on cups so people of your ingroup are reminded of their group identity when they see your product there will also be two other naturally created groups. one which is apathetic, and the other which is antagonized by the expression. those who are antagonized may not be the same as those who are in favor of the position you oppose, some may simply be irritated that more obnoxious, tedious, and stupid positions are being put forth. again, some will think trump is great, and be irritated that someone they like is denouncing another person they like. but also there are some who just don't want to hear stupid and unnecessary comments by people without any understanding of the topic. if instead of trump you were talking about geology, and you kept expressing flat earth ideas, geologists would be the first to be alienated, but also people who don't care if the world is flat all people who tell you they are unfollowing are doing is telling you that you are being sanctioned for the combination of views and behavior. here is something based on your own words: "only 1 out of every 20 posts should be about your brand" but that isn't it. it isn't that 19/20 post shouldnt' be your brand, but 19/20 posts shouldn't be a single brand. this means that some mainstream expression like jimmy kennal can be shared every once in a while without a problem, but if all 19 of the off brand content are one single type of content, then you will alienate in the same way even with a lower coorelation of content to your brand identity. take wendys for example. wendys has gone pretty heavy in trying to appeal to weeb culture. this means that people who are neutral or anti-weeb, will find the content progressively repulsive even if they like the actual business. the anti-weeb part is obvious, but it is the neutral audience which matters. it is the neutral audience who like their burgers but would rather hear about something they like than see a bunch of cardboard anime impressions. from me personally, if someone keeps posting political stuff they don't understand, i will unfollow them. in an unironic manner, it is professional. people shouldn't engage in criminal political defamation, and it gets tedious really fast. posting occasionally that you like or dislike a person or policy or party, is fine. but if it has no humor it gets old pretty fast. also if your expression is unwarranted ire and projection, you deserve to be notified and ignored. on a previous monologue you mentioned that you were getting 600 views for a tweet. i think you are see that as a large number when in fact it is pretty small. it is large in terms of personal networks, but 600 views is only some fraction of your followers, and that fraction reflect the quality your curated audience views your tweets to have. a while back on a blogging site i was getting 2,500 views an article and i was writing religious blogs which had a very limited audience. 80% of my readers had doctorates. i would put some mild political stuff but it wasn't contemporary "i dislike x" but was about how different personalities types and evolutionary dispositions would act when in power. and yes it was all conjecture. you are suppressing your amount of influence by presenting tribalistic content which alienates large swathes of the population. but it isn't that you are expressing dissonant content, but that you bring them up too frequently. you could say something like "women suck dick- and they have downsides too" and as long as it was an occasional comment and not regular, few who matter would care. the problem with your professionalism is the lack of relation between how others see your character, developed from your past archetypical expressions, and how your character actually is. you may hold really strong political and ethical positions, but people may see you as the charismatic seller of business and computer products. the later is the brand and the reason they would even listen to you. and to abuse that esteem in a continual manner will lead to a loss of influence. "the biggest risk for you is donald trump" that is your free shot. "i litterally think he could end the world" he could. as could every president since before you were born. and as several of them actually have.

I don't understand many of the things you wrote but I'm pretty sure that he never said he gets 600 views, rather he said that assuming you get 100 views per tweet (for the sake of simple calculation), if you tweet 3 times per day instead of 1 and you attach graphics to the tweets, you get a 600% increase in views per day
